Ordered pizza, got the wrong order delivered and they offered to send out a new one. No problem. I saw the driver arrive. And then drive away with my pizza. We were told we have to give the wrong pizza back so that one has been sitting there. I call and some rude women tells me that they didn’t have the address correct and the wrong phone number. Offered me a refund and now we get to eat cold pizza. Horrible service.

Ordered a pizza with extra parm garlic sauce. Got a pizza with very little red sauce. I didn't request them bring me the right pizza because it's cold and didn't want the really nice older lady delivery driver to have to come back.

The pizza is good. The GM Hailey doesn't need to be working in customer service much less be a manager. She gives long delivery wait times that arent true, doesn't make sure there is soda stocked in the store which is a managers job to order what is needed, and hangs up on customers to not have to give her name to be held accountable for her behavior. Its basic protocol to give your name in the beginning introduction when a customer is on the phone. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment so I would say order somewhere else where you will get treated with respect.

Normally, I would have given this 4 or 5 stars, I get domino’s pretty regularly, however these are completely uneatable, way to hard. The pizza was also a bit off this time aswell, but not quite as much. Very disappointed and not sure if I’ll be ordering

Went for a pick up at the window and all the employees just looked at me and didn't even come to ask me anything. So I didn't even get my food. I rang the buzzer and all they did was stare at me and then continue what they were doing previously.
