It’s my first time here and I’m not sure how I feel about it. The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious! But the green goddess salad isn’t all that great. I feel like next time I’m definitely ordering something different.

Went to my local Panera Bread to get Sour Dough bread upon entering a young lady asked if she could help, I asked if they had any regular sour dough as I only saw the country style sourDough, she said "no this is all we have, then she goes to help another person who cut in front of me to the cash register, I was in front of the baked goods because I wanted bread. So after waiting patiently the woman stepped away and I said can I please get a loaf of the sour dough you have. She then tells me she has to go ask her manager! Then comes back and says no we can't sell it to you we have lots of catering orders going out today. So it was just after 10 am. Poorly managed by management, usually you plan for your catering ahead. My husband was upset because we drove across town to get this, I am gluten intolerant and can only eat Sour Dough. The manager was extremely unprofessional, she came out from the back laughing when she heard my husband saying why not make extra bread when you have catering? The young girl at the counter was very nice and more professional than the manager. We do not recommend THIS location in Fond du lac Wi. We will not bother to return here again.

My wife has to eat sour dough bread because of her physical condition. She cannot have gluten. We drove all the way accross town to buy a loaf of sour dough bread from this place. There were two loaves for sale on the self. When we said we wanted to buy one loaf, the person behind the counter said she had to ask the manager first. We were told they had catering in the morning. They are low on bread. Then make more ahead of time or make more when it runs low. How poorly is this place managed! On top of it all the manager came out laughing. Get someone in there to manager the place right - someone who knows what they are doing and cares about people. Also take the bread off the "for sale" shelf if you dont want to sell it. Laugh all you want, we not coming back and word of mouth is the best way to make or break a business..

Great spot to enjoy a good beverage and sandwich while working.

Great service and food was (mostly) accurate. They put bacon on my sandwich even though I didn't order it with it. (Easy to remove so no issues.) While dining at the location the manager checked in with tables and with one guest talked about how the "next generation" has no work ethic. The manager then went on to explain characteristics of her own employees such as "having to teach them," and "these 16 year olds not wanting to work." This is not appropriate small talk with guests, in my opinion, especially when speaking of the staff at the establishment you are working/ engaging with your customers.

Order thru the Panera app. Within minutes Misty called to let me know they were out of a soup asking if I wanted to sub for anything. I decided no. I then got a email saying “my order was canceled” so i called back. Misty apologized and said my food was on them tonight and that she was in contact with Doordash to get it delivered….Cool!A hour goes by haven’t seen my order yet. So I call back. Talk to misty again she says she’ll give me a call back. When she called me back she apologized many times. She sent her own employee out to deliver my food.Great service

Agonizingly slow. Took over 15 minutes to make a tuna sandwich and a bagel when there were only two orders on the board during non peak hours.
