The pizza is very delicious and flavorfull. I only get stuffed crust. My only complaint is the price.

I get a text that my order is on it's way now mind you in the past I get dressed to go out and my pizza is here couple mins later this time I wait about 15 min before i talk to manager and he's acting like its no big deal but let me call driver ,5 min later driver rolls up with attitude and I'm like well I don't mind waiting but why did your system say you were on your way half hour ago? And she's like whatever my manager already talked to me, the pizza box is covered in grease stains and of course cold, some pieces are even missing cheese!!! I call the manager again and report all this and he claims all he can do is remake it or give me some kind of deal on my online account but honestly this was enough for me to end any future business. I work in food services, Ive worked at pizza places and this whole experience is unacceptable. Everyone from the driver to the manager seemed highly unqualified for their positions

We called in they got really screwed up but then we went to the store she was wonderful made up for the entire experience wish I remembered her name gave us a discount was really impressed would go again I'm not a fan of the pizza but still would give her my business because of how wonderful she was it was my son's birthday it's his favorite pizza

Papa John's ended up messing up my order again. I had a large of the works pizza with extra cheese extra beef. I end up getting a large cheese pizza just with beef with the stuff crust. unfortunately , I had to go through doordash again. The last time, the manager just remaked the pizza and delivered it, which was awesome. Unfortunately, I will not be going to order Papa John's anymore. I will be going to Pizza Hut. This is not the first time this is the second time Papa John's has done this. I only get Papa John's because my husband likes their pizza and their food. The last manager was not there today it was a different girl, i guess, shift leader. I'm not upset it was just not my fault that my pizza was totally wrong, while it was the employee who didn't pay attention to the list . So sad buy the wings were great.

Or delivery was notified about my order called to speak to the store and no one answered poor service and when my order was delivered items were missing and called to speak to a team member and still no answer service used to be great spent 7 minutes on the phone with no answer if make an order or place an order u should ensure that u send all the items and that when customers call that u answer your phone good way to lose customers

Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza with less cheese, extra sauce, well done without bacon. Waited almost an hour for a cold, undercooked mess of uncooked dough and cheese mess!! WORST OF ALL IT HAD BACON!!! 35$ literally down the drain!!! Never going to order papa johns again. Permanent loss of a customer for life. I was starving and could not even stomach a single slice!!! Recieved the opposite of what I ordered. Extra cheese, undercooked and with bacon...what a disappointment when I was starving. I guess they can't be bothered to read the order when someone is shelling out over 30$ for some food.
