Very disappointed in scooters today. I went to get my usual hot mocha with an extra shot. Get my coffee drive off. Take my first sip and the coffee is ICE COLD! I tried to call them and they aren’t answering. Very disappointed!

I come here often. I love the carmelicious coffee. Today I had forgot my wallet at home rushing for work and the young lady had gave me the coffee for free for the inconvenience. It's the little things that make you happy. Thank you scooters! Will be coming here even more now.

I love the flavor of the coffee but 3 strikes and I'm out! I order sugar free lattes made with heavy whipping cream. 2 visits I was given skim milk instead, which is full of sugar which I cannot have. It's also $2 more for the whipping cream so very expensive to not get what I paid for and I dumped them out anyway. Saturday afternoon I tried again, and could hear the girl making the drink asking the girl at the window why the whipping cream was smelly and was it expired?? Kept saying how bad it smelt, then they gave me the drink anyway which was either made with something else or was watered down. 3rd drink I dumped! With Starbucks and Caribou within a block or 2, I'm done wasting money at Scooters.

Very friendly. We walked up to the window to order as our camper van would not fit under the awning. Had a lovely conversation while we waited for our coffee. Great lattes. Mocha and regular.

Got an iced latte. It was delicious! It's more sugar and calories and money than I like to spend regularly though so it's something I get as just a treat. The server was very friendly.
Since scooters has been open I usually go 2-3 times a week .. same thing every time .. service was great, drink was always made right , quick and fast too!Idk what’s going on but the last 3 weeks or soThe girls don’t pay attention to orders .. to busy giggling and laughing with co workers to make sure my $8 drink is correct ..either forget the extra shot I pay for or add whip cream when I make sure it’s known I don’t want it .. if they put it on they will just scrape it off and not reapply the drizzle to think drink without whip.Without the shot it’s like I’m drinking a $8 milkshake .. if I wanted a milkshake is go to Culver’s …
