“Order thru the Panera app. Within minutes Misty called to let me know they were out of a soup asking if I wanted to sub for anything. I decided no. I then got a email saying “my order was canceled” so i called back. Misty apologized and said my food was on them tonight and that she was in contact with Doordash to get it delivered….Cool!A hour goes by haven’t seen my order yet. So I call back. Talk to misty again she says she’ll give me a call back. When she called me back she apologized many times. She sent her own employee out to deliver my food.Great service“
“Sigh...we used to love friars, but lately, they keep messing up our to go orders! I ordered a pot roast sandwich on onion cheddar roll with pepper jack cheese. I received a roast beef sandwich with provolone on French bread. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with pepper jack, they put American on it. We eat here probably once a month, and 3 out of 5 times, our to go orders are wrong. We never have a problem when we dine in! I really think they need a better system for this, it's obviously a continuous issue. We won't be ordering to go food again.“
