We were at Casa Di Giorgio about a week ago on a Sunday. It was busy and the owner was handling most of the tables, but he did an excellent job. We never had to wait for service. All of the food was very good (including the bread) and so was our glass of wine. It’s a nice place.

Wow!! If I could give it zero stars I would have. Me and my girlfriend went here on Valentines Day. We had a 5pm reservation, but not needed. We walked in and seeing the place nearly empty, we waited nearly 10 min at the hostess table before being acknowledged. After FINALLY getting acknowledged by assume by the owner we got a table. The waitress quickly gave us stale bread, menus, and water. We had made our dinner decisions in a few minutes. The total of 5 tables occupied, 2 waitresses, and the owner, nobody acknowledged us for roughly 20 minutes. I mean not even to come up and take a drink order, NOTHING. Finally, we picked up our things and left. I have not had this bad of service anywhere in 10-20 years, not even in a fast food joint. As we were walking out, the owner even saw us and said nothing. This place is beyond terrible, never again. PATHETIC!!

I've been here a few times and the experience has been amazing every single time. Mouth watering food, beautiful decor and ambiance, and the owner is super nice and you can tell he takes great pride in his restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. I love that it's a family owned and operated restaurant as well, it really adds to the experience.

I was in not to long ago on a very busy night. They were short staffed and I was watching a waitress did not know her name, but she was blonde nice looking woman. I wished she had been our waitress. She was moving fast, trying to make sure customers had their drinks before dinner came. She helped out tables that were not hers by making sure they had the proper things on the table. She was always smiling even though a man was on the floor with another waitress. We found out later he was the owner. The reason we gave 2 stars on the atmosphere is because the owner got angry and yelled a couple of times where everyone could hear. This was so disturbing the only way we would come back is if Deb could be our waitress. We found out her name before we left.

My husband and I live nearby and have never been here before. We were both in the mood for Italian food, so we drove around to various places only to find out there was an hour or more of a wait. We decided to try it out here. There was no wait at all, and maybe about three tables inside with customers having dinner. That should have been our first red flag. We walked in and were seated immediately. The atmosphere was nice, although a little outdated. Our waitress spoke broken English (not a big deal) and brought us water, and menus pretty quickly. We decided what we both wanted to order, and set aside the menus and then sat for almost 20 minutes before my husband flagged down a waitress serving another table. She went to get our waitress who then came to take our order. My husband ordered lasagne ($24), and I ordered the plain Fettucine Alfredo ($17.95). She brought us a tiny basket with three, cold and tiny pieces of stale bread. I had a piece and hubby ate two. Then we sat for quite awhile again, before our food came. There was no side salad or soup with the entree. When we asked, a waitress in a rough voice told us that nothing is included with the entree, and that any soup or salad was ala cart and costed extra (a side salad was an additional $4.95). When our food arrived, our entrees were hot out of the oven, and were decent portions. However, my husband described his lasagne as a large piece of Stouffer’s frozen lasagne from the grocery store, with a lot of added cheese and Ragu. It wasn’t your typical square cut, layered piece of lasagne. It was more like spaghetti sauce “soup”, with mozzarella cheese and cooked tomatoes. My Fettucine was not plain. I was given the higher priced version with chicken and mushrooms (which was $24 instead of $17.95). I dislike mushrooms immensely. I pushed the mushrooms aside and took a bite of the pasta. The pasta was gray in color and the sauce didn’t have the familiar Alfredo taste. It was more like cream of mushroom soup poured over old noodles. I was extremely hungry but there was no way I was eating it. No one came to check on us during our meal so I literally got up and went to the car. My husband paid the bill (over $50), and he then left without eating his, either. So basically, we paid over $50, for a few sips of water, stale bread and a taste of way overpriced food that was not what we expected. This was just our personal experience. We will not be back.

Would love to rate as a ZERO Star if I could. On 01/26/2024 my family and I though we would try a new restaurant by our house. After we had sat down and received our drinks, we were snacking on the bread that was brought to the table. The waitress, who spoke no English besides yes and okay, kept bringing bread. There were only about 4 tables of people at this time. NOT BUSY AT ALL. Finally we were ready to order and had to flag our waitress down. After the first time trying to get her, she had just nodded and kept walking. After waiting a while and trying to get her attention she finally came. We told her we would like to order and she then proceeded to check our bread. we had about two slices left in one basket and another that we had not touched. She proceeded to grab the bread with her hands and put it in the other basket so that she could take the empty basket. We took the bread and threw it in the basket she was taking as told her that was wrong and you should not just touch food like that. Very upset already, we told her that we just wanted to order. She proceeded to then get the manager who had then come over. The manager also did not really speak English. We told him what had just happened about the bread and that all we wanted to do was order and all he could say was oh okay, what would you like. Did not even acknowledge what we had just told him. We decided at that point to just leave and go somewhere else.

We have always had great experiences with the friendly service and delicious food. We had 6:30 reservations for 1/27/24. We walked in and there was no hostess or bartender in sight. We waited at the bar and a gentleman walked in behind us and sat down. All of a sudden a bartender appeared and made a drink and gave it to him and turned and walked away. We waited 15 minutes before we saw anyone and my husband asked if we could be seated and he turned around and said "Can't you see I'm busy". We did get seated approx 10 minutes later. Then we sat another 21 minutes before a waitress appeared with a smile on her face. The only problem was she didn't speak English. The bartender appeared beside her and asked what we would like to drink. My husband and I both ordered a drink and 13 minutes later they brought our drinks. We then waited 15 minutes and so far nobody has attempted to take our order. I waved a couple times when the waitress went by, but she didn't see me. Then finally I waved and she came over and took our order. Our food finally came and was delicious... then we waited another 15 minutes and I waved down the waitress to get our bill.Very Very Poor service. And I believe I heard the bartender is the owner. Maybe you should treat you customers a little more respectful. I am really going to miss my favorite place for Italian food.. but don't ever plan on going there again.
