I haven't been here in many, many years. It was fantastic! I feel like it's Chili's "revamped". Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. They looked short staffed but our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be going back often now.

Came here after work and it was a relaxing meal and waitress was kind and
food was nasty and poisoned got sick before even leaving restaurant(threw up) and chips had grease all over them DONT GO HERE fries burnt blacker than black everything was nasty waitress was busy talking with coworkers so we had to get a new waitress which still didn’t do much I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHILIS EVERYTHING WAS BAD bathrooms was nasty and toilet paper all over (poop smears on the toilets too) goodnight.

My family and I went to this location for dine in and it needs some real help. The interior has the feel of a tired, run down, I don't care anymore, energy. As far as the food goes the chicken crisps were dry and rubbery, my son who never leaves food on his plate walked away from most of his food. The ribs my husband got were thin thin thin and also dry and even too hard to chew at certain points. My husband also left most of his food behind and had no desire for a to go box and this man always gets a to go box. I had the steak, and it was nicely cooked and tasted great, the seasoning choice was spot on. The place needs a makeover very badly. The company should hire a cook who cares and takes more pride in their work. I asked a few local people in the neighborhood what their take was on this location. The overall opinion was its falling apart and it's on a downward spiral. I have not experienced any other of the local chilis as of yet, this is just at the 27th st location.
