You know what you're getting food-wise as this is a normal Cousins Subs chain, but the food is good.Staff are great and waits are not long. I've been surprised on numerous occasions with how fast my sub is ready. Staff are also quick to take your order and modify it however you wish and are friendly.

This location has been my favorite for years but in our most recent visit (2 weeks ago) the inside of the restaurant needs a major maintenance job... chipped paint, Knicks in the wall, the TV is now gone and there's a tacky hole, the floor needs a good scrub, the women's restroom was not very clean this time. We went here for lunch and ordered our food, we were told the ice machine was broken so no ice for sodas, the food was good but the look and feel of the atmosphere made us feel as if they're closing this location. Hope they freshen things up.

the food was spectacular, but both me and my significant other believe we got food poisoning. nothing sat with either of us. please be more cautious with your food and cleaning procedures.

Restaurant is clean, food is fine like any other cousins. Service is pathetically slow. I regularly order from the mobile app, and every single time I come to pick up my food it is no less than 10 minutes late, even in a completely empty store with 3 people working in the kitchen. Cashier even tried to give me another person's order along with my own. I'd hate to have to go here when it's busy because these employees heads would probably be spinning trying to keep up with more than one order at a time.

I stopped here to grab a sandwich before going to the movies where they serve food but I was really craving an Italian sub sandwich. The place is in a mall with plenty of parking. The place looked clean and possibly a newer store I thought. I ordered the small Italian special and the kid say like $17 and I said I know we have inflation but since when does a small Italian special cost almost $20, he says I thought you said large. The Italian special came quick and I was off. I just like Cousins bread because it's always fresh with that creamy flavor and the corn meal on the bottom to make a mess. I also like that salt is on the sandwich unlike other sub shops.

Our family has been going here since they opened, it has always been very good to us. Cousins is definitely our favorite. Friendly staff, good service, clean establishment, great location, we will continue to come here with family and friends. Thanks keep up the good work.

Call in to place a pick up order. The guy didn't know how to have me pay over the phone at first, got it figured out, no big deal. Then 15 minutes later showed up for my order. Said it was still going to be a "while". Another 10 minutes goes by they then ask me if I've been helped!!?? At that moment they find my ticket and tell me it has not even been made yet...... what an absolute waste of 45 minutes. Almost no one in the store during this fiasco. Just when you think it doesn't get any worse than that. Get home to find they left everything on the subs. What's the point of asking to keep toppings off?Literally avoiding this place at all costs in the future. Manager won't take calls.

This cousins location is beyond unsatisfactory. i called to say i was here for an online order i placed a half hour ago. They proceeded to say they were working on it and it'd be out in a minute. cool that's fine. 20 minutes later and i'm wondering where my food is and they proceed to tell me i never called. LMFAO. That's a joke. I pulled up the call log right in front of them with THEIR STORE NUMBER but i still talked to their imaginary employee? Take some accountability if you forgot about my order and that I was outside don't try to sell me a load of bs and say i never called or spoke to anyone in that store!! No professional establishment would lie to your face and take an hour to give you 3 subs. Thanks Josh and Giovanna for being so unprofessional with no apology and wasting my time! Great staff.

Stated clearly 3-4 times that I needed my food to be gluten and wheat free because of my allergy. Said ok but watched someone else make them together and gave them to me without telling me. Now I am sick.
