So I was craving some cheesestick so I called in my order the guy tells me they will have some later on today. But currently none is stock. How do you stock dough and cheese. And what kind of pizza place is this I would have rather je told me only crust we have is pizza dough I can make your cheesestick out of that if you like. Unreal how lazy a person can be this your job. And yall been open for a minute also.

I just started going and I have been going to this location pretty frequently. The customer service is exceptional. The second time I went into the Location the two girls Megan and Nivea remembered me right away. They were so sweet and funny and made something so simple like just picking up a pizza a fun and engaging encounter. They were so warm and friendly. I live pretty far from this location but because these two women made it such a welcoming experience I drive just to come to this location. Besides the outgoing staff, the food was so fresh and the store was really clean. You can tell these employees really care about their work place.

Didn't realize I ordered a calzone. You Kan tell this wasn't made at a port city, because it has no dock.

The three girls working tonight (11.23.21) deserve a lot of credit for what they are dealing with. Short staff, too many orders, lots of customers to try and satisfy… good luck. I showed up for an order but they were behind, I saw at least 20 slips and they were moving as quickly as possible. I canceled my order that was behind, they worked it out for me and hopefully someone else got their order quicker. Not their fault, it’s just a pizza. “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.” Ferris Bueller. Keep your heads up and great job! Someone needs to get a small donation going for these girls!

Positive experience, no mistakes thus far. Employees are both competent and courteous. We go here regularly. At the oak creek location we had someone act like they were inconveinencing them with our order, which made me less comfortable going there. Furthermore on a subsequent visit they messed up my order as well. Therefore I far prefer going to the Franklin location.
I remember their pizza being really good. I say remember because I ordered one to take home to cook and had my partner do that part while I worked on some stuff around the house. He managed to misread the directions and put the stuffed pizza in at 425 instead of the 350 and burnt the hell out of it. Not pleased because I like Papa Murphy's. There's been talk of separation and going to court for custody. Maybe make the print larger on the sheets so idiots can tell the difference between the temperatures.Pizza is great and clean restaurant though.

The fiesta chicken pizza I got on the thin cust had really good taste, but the cust was greasy & didn't cook all the way in the middle no matter how long I kept it in the oven & the outside got really crunchy. It just didn't cook evenly & I followed the directions.
