We order a pizza couple days ago. It was absolutely a mess.Pizza was undercooked . I never saw a pizza you can’t off from pizza box and stuck to the pizza box.Pizza crust was very hard and never seen a that big piece of veggie on pizza.

We order here pretty frequently so this was a first time issue for us, but it was obviously bad enough for me to be writing this. Recently we’ve had one delivery driver calling or texting us and waiting for us to meet him outside to his car (even when it was storming). Tonight we ordered payed with card and had the text notifications on. The app said the order would arrive at 10:09, and we waited till about 10:29 before we started to actually worry about the food (we know it can get busy and assumed the driver had multiple orders). There was no knock, no call, no text, no update of any kind. After trying to call the restaurant (we know they close at 10, but it was worth a shot just in case there were actually that many deliveries being made) and customer service, I made the suggestion of “what if they literally left our food outside without knocking or saying anything”. My fiancé, who was with me, looked at me with so much dismay before going outside to check, finding the pizza now ice cold and on the grass floor. If we had to guess, it’s the same driver who refuses to leave his car during deliveries. It will be a long time before we decided to order here again.

Been 3 yrs since I had pizza hut. Ordered mushroom & cheese, received pepperoni & cheese. No one answered the phone for credit/refund. Never again

They forgot an item on my order and said they would refund the money for it. They did not. The pizza was undercooked and I was hung up on 2 times. I called Corp to resolve the issue. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have experience. The managers are lazy and useless. 2 Calls 1 the day of the order and 1 5 days later when I noticed the charge.

Don’t ever go to this one I ordered a dinner box half deep dish pizza was flat and hard they didn’t even put the cinnamon sticks wasn’t even in the box and the cheese sticks was replaced with burnt bread sticks with burnt shredded cheese. Then told me they will give me a $25 credit and I still don’t have it after 2

So I currently am having a reaction to eating their breadsticks and their pan pizza with pepperoni with dipping marinara sauce. I did call the corporate office to put in for a full refund of my order. The reaction I’m having is a fast heartbeat.I did call the location in Franklin, which they gave me a credit back to my account which I do not want to order from here again if I can eat Papa John’s pizza why can’t I eat Pizza Hut? There’s something wrong with this why would I randomly just have a fast heartbeat from eating this. Pizza is going in the garbage with the breadsticks unfortunately.

Ok My arrive time for my order was around 1hr and 20 min since i place my order and I called to the store to let the manager know my concern bcuz the pizza was cold my kids don't want to eating like that but the manager Melissa give me a really bad attitude and she said the delivery time is around 1 hr not even that the pizza place is 8 min away from my house and she said that next time I need place the order in the store but she was kind of sarcastic went she said that and Mellisa starts arguing with me all the time that I was in the phone with her and she wasn't professional I never buy a pizzas anymore on that place I'm really upset with Melissa attitude

I would like to note a few items:The app did not properly create my delivery order from what I was told by the manager, as it populated as a carryout and allowed my food to sit for quite a while. I had to call to see what was going on 40 minutes later to find out. Then I was charged an additional fee for delivery and was told I would need to pay it in person. Then I was called back and told actually they re-ran my card but the tip was gone. So by the time the delivery driver got there it was well over an hour before we got our pizza and I had to find cash to tip him. When I did receive my pizza, the extra sauce I ordered was crushed and had leaked everywhere all over the inside of the box and I had to scoop it up with a spoon to put it into a new cup.Realistically, I would have just hoped that since it was Pizza Hut's error, that I would have at minimum received an offer to wave the delivery charge for the delay and confusion. Overall it was just handled poorly, I feel.On the plus side, the food tasted great, and was (surprisingly) still hot.
