When i placed a order on the app for Italian bread i went in and she was making my food on multi grain and when i asked her if she could use Italian she completely ignored me and gave me a sub on multi grain and when i asked her to make it she was blaming me and said its my problem not

Boring!! No napkin dispensers in sight. Beverage dispensers were empty. No charm whatsoever. It looked like a going-out-of-business restaurant. I could not understand a single word the employee asked. My wife and I both ordered the multi-grain bread. It was dry and flavorless. Zero interest in returning. Too many better choices out there.

The owners daughter is really cocky. I did a pre-order, and when I came to pick it up, she flipped the sub at me and was fighting with her parents in the background. Every time I come in here she's got an attitude. Never says thank you always has an eye roll. There's 1000 other subways out there I can take my business elsewhere.

Hello everyone who see’s this. In my opinion this is the BEST subway in the Milwaukee county area in Franklin. No other subway “compares” to this one.
Don’t bothering coming to this one , the owner will try there best not to take your coupon from you , they don’t put enough condiments in your sandwich . It was funny cause when I sat down and ate my meal , it happen to someone after me in line .

They don't even deserve 1 star..the girl was disinterested in serving me. I asked for veggie x2. Barely got 6 pieces of spinach asked for more she added 2 pieces. I had to keep on asking for more toppings. Very skimpy!!! I choose not to give a tip because of service. She tossed sandwiches twords me. I will never go back!!! Will be going back to cousins.Vegetarian options: Not a good selection.
