Stopped at about 2:20pm and went through the drive through, manager was out smoking and i should have took that as a sign to not go through but i went through anyways. Last time i frequented this Taco bell i got the same meal and the shells were hard as a rock and i ended up shooting the whole meal out. So first thing I stated to the manager is that I had this problem and i wanted to know if the shells were fresh otherwise i would order something else. They said they had just took them out of the fryer. That was a straight lie, when i got them they were cold and hard.....again. ive lost hope in this tacobell and its crew. I heard a team member yell," i hate ignorant people" as I was in the drive thru window....assuming it was directed towards me for the simple fact that i asked if i could actually get edible food, which I know is a long shot from Taco Bell but I had a taste for it. So 28 dollars for 2 number 6' which was the 2 chicken chalupas and a plain hardshell taco and drink. Almost 30 bucks for a lie and some trash food. P.S. im not ignorant either so the verbal assumption by the crew member was totally unwarranted. Another person mad that they get 10 bucks a hour to not do their job and be spiteful. Steer clear from this location unless you want trashy cold food that is overpriced and served by lying staff that could careless of the quality of your meal you pay your good money for. Tried calling manager and there was no pickup on phone, go figure. People you have been warned!

This was the first time in years I wasn't disappointed by tocobell. Who ever was working at 7:30pm, 4/10/23 should all get a raise. They were kind and courteous and MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS MADE CORRECTLY!!! AND HOT WHEN I GOT IT!!! can't really ask more than that from a tocobell..

This place is the absolute worse. They always have some excuse. "We can only take cash is the most common", and last weekend was " we can only process mobile orders and door dash" and thats if they even have ice, or ingredients or staws etc. I hope that close, or the owners read this and find out that the staff is stealing etc... go to any other taco bell, but not this one.

Workers took forever to make four tacos. Very slow service. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Employees do not seem to care. Inside was festive.

I was impressed with Donnell and his store. It felt like a place that was friendly. It had Christmas decorations. I could tell Donnell and his team took pride in their store and customers. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.

This location is super expensive probably most expensive in the entire country. I have been to Taco Bells in Chicago area, New Jersey area, their prices are far better than this one. Being in Franklin, I prefer going to the Oak Creek location that saves me over 50% on my order. The quality and quantity is bad too at this location. People need to complain about their outrageous prices their parent company
