This is such a hidden gem! I’ve driven past many times and always wanted to stop - we finally did this evening and everything was so delicious! There’s a great variety of items on the menu without being overwhelming. We ordered the any day fish fry and it came with not 3, not 4, but 5 generous pieces! Potato salad and coleslaw were also good (and that’s saying a lot - I don’t enjoy coleslaw!) as well as the chicken portebella sandwich special (so good!). The pumpkin cheesecake was also delicious. We will definitely be back!!
We were really craving some home cooked style food and we found that here. Butternut squash soup was perfect, with a bit of texture and good seasoning. He has the French onion which had great flavor but the Parmesan on top was odd. Beef stroganoff was also spot on. Raspberry bar was also all the mister could talk about - which is odd since he’s not typically a sweets person! Glad we went out of the way to check this place out! We will be back.
