Really disappointing lately. The owner seems to have spent a fair amount of money sprucing up the outside and the dining room, the kitchen however seems to be original to the building. After sitting forever in the drive through we pulled around and walked inside instead. There were a few workers with their backs to the desk staring at the in-progress order screen (not sure why, that won't make the food come out faster). Eventually they came over to the desk to help the line of customers and... the cash register froze up and no-one there knew how to fix it. After waiting about 5 minutes we (along with the others in line) just left. I wouldn't spent a whole lot more getting your sign up, unless you get the actual kitchen side of the business working the building will match the vacant KFC across the street that had similar service. The owner should immediately start with order kiosks to offload that from the limited staff.

They have the worst food and staff ever! Very rude and it takes way too long to even place an order!! When you go inside (when it’s actually open) the floors are sticky and the dining room is incredibly dirty. Staff also have their children hanging out there due to whatever reason but babies should not be chilling at BK unsupervised while their parent is trying to work. Do not recommend!!!

the time i had to wait for the little food i got was beyond ridiculous. actually unbelievable that i was waiting well over 25 minutes for my food when i was the only car in the drive through. this bk needs to get it together. do not go here

I have tried 2 times in the last month to go through the drive through and never even got up to order. Waited 30 min and the 1 car infront of me didn’t even order yet. I get being short staffed but there’s no reason a drive through should take 30 min for one order.
Staff was friendly when placing the food order. The time it took for two chicken sandwiches was way too long.The selection at the soft drink machine was way too limited, at about 15% of total selections on the screen. All very disappointing ?
