Service and atmosphere is very good. The scramble eggs were not hot, just warm, and the same for my mash potatoes. Everything else was hot and delicious.

I always order the same thing every time I go to Cracker Barrel…grilled chicken strips, double order hash brown casserole and corn. Chicken was delicious. Hash brown casserole consisted of hash browns & several pieces of onion. Sooo dry. My friend ordered the sweet potato with marshmallow. Wish that I had paid the extra. Definitely won’t order the hash brown casserole again.

We attempted to take the family out for a birthday dinner (4:00ish). Prior to arrival I joined the waiting list to ensure that we would be seated promptly because we had other commitments.The wait time was 5 minutes when I joined. When we arrived 5 minutes later, I was told that it would be a 35 minute wait just to get seated. Obviously, it's not the hostesses fault. This is poor management. The manager, Dwon, told me that he's short staffed, a party came in and the app has no way of telling what's going on in the restaurant. So, my question is, what good is it? I was asked if I wanted to be seated in 35 min or not. That's is all I got from him. I'm hoping corporate can get involved and fix their app issue or train their managers on using it accurately. This was a horrible experience due to management. Fortunately, Chili's right down the road got us in right away.

The steak was ordered medium and it was cooked well done. The fried pickles were good, cheese curds were okay, could have been crispier. The chicken fried chicken was decent, however, our server did not bring the gravy that goes with it. The loaded Mac and cheese was bland. The loaded hash browns were decent but could use some salt. The chicken tenders are very dry. The cord bread is dry. The biscuits are actually pretty good. The place is dirty and none of the employees are friendly. Overall, we will not be back.

The place needs to be cleaned. They had a lattice wall next to where we were sitting that was filled with dust spider webs and food splatters. The floor was pretty messy also.
