I had a very unfortunate experience! I haven't been to this location or a Jimmy John's in awhile but was craving it, as I normally go to Cousin's Subs or Subway. I did an Online order for a #3Totally Tuna and a Guargantuan. The Totally Tuna did NOT have my tomatoes or cucumbers on it. I called this location and nicely asked to speak to a manager. I was connected to a manager named Daniel who I explained my issue to and he nicely said he would have someone contact me to get a gift card mailed out to me. I gave it a few days and didn't get a phone call, so I called back and told Daniel I hadn't received a call. He said he would follow up and for me to give it a few more business days. I gave it a week, still NO one called me about getting me a gift card. I called their corporate and spoke to a Kristen who advised me she would lo it. A few days later she emailed me and said I would have to contact the store back even tho I told her I wasn't getting anywhere with the store. I called manager Daniel back and he said he would have his boss (Jason) reach out to me. I asked if they could just credit me for my sub on my debit card but he advised that's not how they handle things. Jason called me a day later and got my address and said he would mail out a $15 gift card, the cost of my entire order. A little over a week later and I have yet to receive my gift card. I am done and will NEVER go to this location again. This was waaaay too much energy on my part to get credited for tomatoes and cucumbers not put on my sammich!

Very disappointed in service and delivery. never again. ordered 2 hours ago, called twice, and got confirmation it was on its way. Food never came. and nobody answers the phone now...because they're closed.. Will never order from here again and they avoided the buy one get one half off all day long. told me I had to order online, shocker, online wouldn't accept the code. Second time now with these yahoo's. Never again. They get a big fat ZERO from me.
