Went to Starbucks and placed my order early so I could pick up and go. My coffee was not made correctly as they put about 1 inch of caramel sauce at the bottom. When I contacted Starbucks they said I needed to go back to store and tell them to correct my drink or get them to refund me. I am a working mom and the time it takes to go back to the store is not worth the $7 coffee. This poor customer service experience along with other issues I have had with Starbucks lately have helped me on making my decision to never return to this location or any other.

No one wants all creamer! I barely got any coffee maybe barely 1/4 of a cup and rest was creamer when getting large! Like seriously? Thanks to that I had to throw it out because I was just drinking creamer even after mixing it!!!!! Those morning shift girls are horrible because they didn't even make it right at all. So upset and sticking with Dunkin donuts.

I stop at this Starbucks occasionally on the way to work. They do a great job with mobile orders. Always friendly staff and they do a great job with my special drinks.

Paige is an A+ employee. Came in on a busy saturday morning and I thought I placed an online order (turned out I didn’t) and she then made my drink in a timely manner and even clarified changes in my drink with me. Give this woman a raise.

Staff is unwelcoming. No one said "Hello" when I came in. I grabbed my drink from mobile order station and thanked for it... and the worker was just starring at me in silence. Not a pleasant place.
