Service is too slow even no peoples. Employees are just sitting and talking and laughing not doing their job. Waiting more then 25 minutes on food even just only two customers. Not gonna come here no more...

I ordered and had to wait maybe 10mins for good. Workers checked on me and apologized for the wait. I was in now hurry. They made my food and added little extra meat in each taco. Very friendly

Food was great tonight I just ordered a double beef and chicken enchilada burritos and both were sizable and delicious.
Update: I gave it another try. And oh my do I regret it. Sit down and get some popcorn for this unfortunate tale of my 11/25/24 lunch break. At 11:28am I pull into the drive thru greeted with a oh so welcoming “SIDE ORDER ONLY”. I replied “what?”, she once again replied in an annoyed manner “my apologies but we r only taking inside orders due to staffing”. Well despite me having an online order, I went inside to retrieve it. Once I walked in I realized I was 1 of 4 people inside the restaurant. Myself and the 3 workers. After a long 10 minute wait I finally got my food. As I was about to walk out I thought, u know what I better check my order, due to my past issues with this location. Thankfully I was right, they forgot my stacker. Once again I had to get the attention of the workers by interrupting their conversation in the back. To my surprise one of the girls says “well I think I put it in a different bag”. So instead of making a fresh one, she then proceeded to open the online order bags in the front ripping the freshness seal off until she found the a stacker and handed it to me. I really don’t think I could make this up if I tried. As always avoid this location like the plague and it’s a shame to see such lazy careless workers at the only Taco Bell in the area. Something tells me the franchise owner is not aware of the “closed drive thru” due to staffing. And 10 minutes wait while being the only person in the building until near the end of my wait is crazy.DO NOT GO HERE, THEY HIRE IDIOTSFirst off, this is easily the worst taco bell I have ever been too. They need to shut this place down, seriously! First time I went they messed up all 4 of my tacos and forgot to give me my cinnamon twists. Irritated, but figured I'd try it again today. I got my food just to find out the sauce cap wasn't clicked on properly so pizza sauce drenched my now soggy bread sticks and all of my napkins and leaked through the bag onto my car. Irritated but figured it was a mistake I decided to call and just let them know about what happened. They picked up the phone and hung up twice and listen or say one word to me! How ridiculous!! Do your self a favor and stop at the McDonalds or arbys and avoid the irritation of dealing with complete idiots that have no regard for how happy their customers are.

I went through the drive thru, and first off the man taking the order was mumbling and talking very quietly, i could barely even hear him. I asked for two crunch wrap supremes with no tomatoes, and then two large drinks. He stopped talking mid way through our order and it didn’t show up on the screen, he didn’t tell us the total, didn’t read back the order, ask for sauces, or even confirm that he got the order. So we just sat there and we heard him literally groan into the mic three times??? So we say “ hello” and he goes “ i thought i told you to pull up”LIKEEE BE SO REAL. Anyways we get our order and it’s wrong. He didnt put no tomatoes, so both of crunch wraps came with tomatoes. Not only that , but we got the wrong drink sizes too, and no straws? so we had to go in and grab the sauces and straws ourselves. Usually the service is okay but they need to retrain the gentleman who took my order.

I stopped here on my way to work to get some food. They were patient and had good customer service. And of course I enjoyed the food. I got the chicken quesadilla and soft supreme tacos with a side of sour cream.
They legit stole my money. Ordered on their app 12/17 to pick up. Arrive and employee tells me some equipment was down and they couldn’t make my order. Why not contact me to let me me know that. Not a huge deal on that side, but not canceling the order and refunding me is straight theft. Taco Bell cust service doesn’t care, I’ve had to dispute this at the bank.

This location has sometimes had very hit or miss service with staffing shortages and such. Lately it's been pretty good, and today when I placed my order on the app and it wasn't ready when I got to the drive-thru they offered me a free soda for my troubles/having to wait. That was unexpected and a nice surprise.
