“Yesterday I came in to pick up a uber eats delivery and one of the items the customer requested was unavailable. I was a little flustered as the order was already very little paying and I couldnt get ahold of the customer to discuss a replacement. I tried to resolve the issue and somehow the app ended up booting me off the order, which as a delivery driver is very annoying as it was a waste of time and gas. The kind gentleman working at the counter (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely kind and gave me the cookie he was going to substitute in the order and told me that he hopes it makes my night a little better. It was a small gesture, but it honestly made me whole day!Staff always is so kind and cheery at this location! ❤️“

“If it ain't messy, it ain't a hoagie! BEST restaurant in Menasha by far! We had the fresh seasoned fries, cooked to perfection. I kid you know we talked about these hoagies for the rest of the day. They were freshly made with high quality ingredients! The hoagies were large enough to fill you up, without overdoing it and making you feel bloated. The perfect combination of spicy and savory. Delectable is an understatement. Greeted immediately, the staff was not only witty and welcoming, they were extremely knowledgeable. The owner/chef was wonderful to converse with and you can tell she's dedicated to her craft! We opted to eat in, and I'm glad we did. The wait wasn't long, but it was worth every second. The fresh fries took the longest (which was expected). CHOH had board games available to play while you wait. I thought the overall atmosphere was eye catching and original. I cannot wait to go back!“

“Was a great pick for the Friday night,Got there about 5:30 pm ,just at the start of the dinner rush .A couple of steep steps to get in did not see a ramp in front,don't know what the back side had.Great motif, lots of room ,both tables and booths,and had a bar setting,also an out side lit front patio with umbrellas. A few diners had children of different ages , but all well-behaved,Plenty of wait staff ,all in great cheer,A Big shout out to SAMMY, REAL GREAT WAITRESS, I did not HALFTO wait on anything. I had the "hay stack onion rings" & the "frickles (fried dill slices)" both FANTASTIC & enough for two to share , I had the " fishy Friday" with a choice of haddock or shrimp ,I chose the shrimp with two sides ,again plenty to eat....washed it down with Raspberry lemonade .....Spent about $50.00 with the tip.Next time I'm trying the "snack peanuts".Definitely going to come back to get some smoke house delights....I would say 9/10 do to no handicap entrance but well worth the 5*Parking: 3 -4 places on the street right in front, plenty of parking outback, did not see any handicap parking,Kid-friendliness: Different items on the menu for kids of all ages .“

“Went here for a quick anniversary lunch. Our waitress, Merry, was fabulous! She asked if we were out for something special & when we told her, she told us to pick a dessert. We ordered the dessert to go so she still brought out a dessert plate decorated with chocolate writing & a little whipped cream with cherries.“

“They give you a flight of soups to taste, and they were amazing. Definitely a diamond experience with fantastic food and fantastic service will not disappoint.“

“I took my 93 year young mother to lunch with my niece. I was concerned that I would have issues because of her disabilities. The staff was very accommodating.I enjoy the char-grilled burgers. My mother had soup and enjoyed her lunch out.“

“I think this is the only place that has takoyaki and actually cooked them pretty well. I always have the experience of undercooked takoyaki and that's not a good time. I also ordered their special fried rice and it was so flavorful! I definitely will come eat here again!“

“I do come here usually for the lunch menu which I can only afford I'm a senior citizen. The food was excellent as usual. The staff very helpful and polite always. My server Noah very nice and goes out of his way to assist you when you ask for help. Thank You great day will come again.“

“I'm a doordash driver and they usually don't have me waiting past my pick up time which is nice. They get their food done quick and I never have any problems with the staff. Shout out to them for also thinking of the women out there!“

“Placed an order online. We received our order after driver left, i noticed i was missing my salad. I wasnt too concerned about so I didnt call to say anything. A little while later the driver was back with my salad. Good Job glass nickel!!!“

“Sorry no pictures, dug in so fast I forgot to photograph the food. We loved the salsa and chips, warm and crisp salsa spicy but not overpowering. We had enchiladas and shrimp tacos. Topped off with cilantro jalapeno margaritas. Great mealParking: Ample space, lot well cared for.“

“Two orders of chicken fingers, waffle fries & sodas. Very, very good food!!!Parking: It was noon & the parking was quite full. The line inside to order was approximately 22 feet long. But moving fast!!Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on the same level as the parking lot. Easy in the door but very crowded at that time, making it very hard to maneuver wheel chair or scooter. By 1 pm the place had emptied out & maneuverability would be easy!!!! No long lines either!!!“

“We stopped here for lunch expecting a typical mass produced meal. We were really surprised at the quality and freshness of the vegetables, the multiple ways we could modify our protein, substitute items and create our own meal. Healthy and tasty!“
