What an awesome concept - unique and innovative. The owner, Jillian, is very friendly and informative. The wines are self-serve: By the taste, half glass, or full glass. You insert your chipped card before the pour and pay when leaving. There are approximately 12 white and 12 red offerings. I did not eat, but there is a nice menu containing a variety of small plates. She offers a few craft beers and cocktails for the non-wine drinkers - also soda, expresso, and tea. Great location downtown directly across from Hotel Northland, which I also highly recommend. Go check it out!

They do also have a small food menu and a few other drink options. There is street parking and also a parking garage close by. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Soon as we entered, we were greeted! And they showed us how it works! Grab a card, taste test wine, or pour yourself a half or full glass. It's perfect for me since I don't drink large quantities so the options were global! They had food options. We had just wrapped up a steak dinner next door. I will try this place again. Highly recommend. We found this place by accident as we were walking to our parking garage.

Came in with a larger group when it was not busy.. 6 of us ordered food and we were scolded multiple times for not making reservations. It took nearly 2 HOURS to get cheese and then the owner came out and very rudely said it was our fault for not making reservations. Mediocre wine and astronomical prices for simplistic food. Will not be back.

Olivia our server was great and explained all different options and answered all questions to the different options. It is a comfortable and chill environment. Deserts were a nice touch to the night…perfect for a date or a couples night out. Hotel right next door.

A nice quite place to relax and enjoy some wine. The service was very welcoming and warm as well. The system, They give yo a card not unlike a credit card. There is a wall of wine bottle dispensers. You plug your card into the wine you would like and push the button for taste, half glass or full glass. The price for each is next to the button. At checkout you give them the card and whatever you drank is added to your tab. They have charcuterie boards and bruschetta boards for snacks. All very good. Not necessarily a place for dinner if that's what you're looking for but could be for a light bite. Price is $$$. For three we had a charcuterie board and two bruschettas. Maybe 4 glasses of wine for $73 with the total of $153. that included a 20% tip.

Just hosted a baby shower for my sister-in-law at Aardvark yesterday, and it was absolutely incredible. The venue was perfect, the food was delicious, the wine selection was delightful, and the Aardvark team (led by Jillian) was so thoughtful, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. We got so many compliments on what a beautiful space and fun atmosphere we picked. Hope to have an excuse to throw another celebration here soon, and if not, it’s an amazing date night / girls night location! I’d highly recommend!
