My hubby ordered a roast beef sandwich one of which he ultimately loves and he didn't eat most of it. So I asked what was wrong and he said it was just to sloppy. Not even close to what he is use to getting from Arby's. I opened my sandwich and it was the same way. I was so disappointed because my hubby didn't like his meal and neither did I. Had takeout.

Ordered burger with no tomato and no Swiss cheese. When I opened to eat fries were not hot and burger had tomato and Swiss cheese on. And I went through the drive through. They said they would put me down for a new meal tomorrow. We'll see. If I do I will change my reviews.

I ordered a simple large Beef and Cheddar meal, I got two burger buns with just meat... No sauce or cheese AND the incorrect bun. Not to mention I also got a medium drink and fry when I ordered a large. This location continues to disappoint.
Had a burger and there was no flavor.it was the most expensive horrible burger I ever ate.will not go back.

I work there so that's why it says I'm always there ?. But yes the food is good. Usually made by me..come see me... I'm sure I'll be there.Wheelchair accessibility: We have handicap parking spots in the parking lot but what I don't get is why we don't have an automatic door opener like Kwik trip has for the disabled. Those doors are somewhat hard to open.

Went to Arby’s on mason today (drive through)ordered two Arby’s and asked for extra Arby’s sauce I was told you ONLY get one Arby’s sauce pre sandwich can not believe it ,the best thing about the sandwich is the sauce ( going in the store you can have as much as you want) Iguess the manager was having a bad day ( after asking again he did give two per sandwich) oh well this Arby’s is off the list never go backCan not wait to the all people i know they will just roll there eyes i hope this manger really looks back at his statement but he did say company rulesWill not go back
