Service was so slow. Didn't tell me why I was waiting. Ordered 2 whopper Jr with cheese one looked like it was sitting there smashed for awhile and both had no cheese. Both had to tomatoes like it should but the way the one sandwich looked they probably just took off the tomatoes. Chicken wrap was good. No receipt given.

Ordered whopper meal with an extra whopper sandwich also a bacon sandwich with no mayo or ketchup bill was $35 ..no one was in front or behind me.. got home, no extra whopper and mayo and ketchup on sandwich. I don't understand. I was the only customer. I could see if the place was busy. Again, I was the only, only customer. Not just one mistake, but two! How could that even happen.

Unsalted food. 18 minutes in the drive-through. Had to go through twice cuz I didn't get my fries or rings and waited another 8 minutes. 26 minutes total. Friendly people but visibly slow moving. There is a foot wide pothole in the drive-through that is hard to avoid due to the tight space you have to maneuver. I was one of two people in the drive-through, and I sat behind the car in front of me for over ten minutes. Be warned!! Once you commit to the drive-through, you're stuck until the ride is over. There is no space to leave, and it's as nerve-wracking as being stuck on a roller coaster that is visibly broken.Excuse my poor Grammer and punctuation.

Do not eat here. We have come 3 different times and have been told open at 1:15pm and open til midnight. Lies! Doors have been locked. If your going to say your open, then be open.

Waited in line in the drive through for 27 minutes and the line only moved one car. If there is a staffing shortage issue then why stay open? Just to waste people's time? You cannot run a drive through with only 1 or 2 people.

The guy on drive thru didn’t know how to listen, made me repeat myself and my order 3 different times. Then when I pulled up to the window they had the manager (i’m assuming, was a bigger guy) come up to the window and when i asked him for a minute to get my payment ready he threw his arms up, slammed the window shut, and you could tell he had a terrible attitude. Also think they were overcharging me and trying to get away with it? Because of the attitude i left that burger king and went to a different one and ordered the same exact thing and it was $5 cheaper! Never coming here ever again.
