The customer service was amazing, they triple checked our order before making it and the manager was amazing and very patient with helping them learn. The coffee was amazing. All around great service.

My husband and I love Caribou Coffee and particularly the new location on the east side of Green Bay. The staff is so welcoming, the beverages - especially drinks with dark chocolate - are delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Are go to coffee shop when we are anywhere nearby.
