Fantastic mexican food, good service. More authentic than the chain or local big restaurant. A bit pricey but you do get great portions and food is sssooo tasty. We paid about $40 for 2. Chips and salsa are served. Salsa is fantastic. Both got just water. I had the Barbacoa - tender, flavorful melt in mouth, no fatty prices. . My husband got the ribs in salsa verde. This place is one of a kind! The food is authentic, the salsa is amazing, and the customer service top notch.My friend and I have gone to almost every Mexican Restaurant in the Green Bay Area for the last year. I order horchata, 3 carne asada tacos, and rice & beans everywhere I go and Carnitas El Bajio very quickly became my new favorite. Went in and had one of the most delicious Burritos I've ever eaten. Mexican style Burrito al pastor, served piping hot with choices for salsa Roja and Verde, both of which had a wonderful kick. Will definitely be back, and recommend to all my friends who appreciate mexican cuisine.
