Place gave my wife and I food poisoning. Should have been tipped off by the cleanliness of the restaurant that it was dangerous. The prep line was completely trashed, with old food from previous orders not cleaned up, and if they dropped something on the prep surface, they just picked it up and put it back in your bowl (watched it happen with another customer, not us, thankfully). There were only 3 clean tables in the entire building, and the one we sat next to has corn on it that was dry and hard like it was there for days. Underneath the tables looked like it had not been swept in a week, the beverage counter had food spilled all over it, napkins, straw wrappers and drink lids scattered everywhere so bad that you could hardly prep your drink. Underneath the front counter there was old receipts, used napkins, and food just laying there. There were 6 employees working while we were there, a manager, a trainee, and 4 prep. The manager and trainee were taking out trash while we were eating, and I witnessed a trash bag leak on the table while they were wheeling a cart out, and even though the manager and trainee both looked at it, not a single person bothered to wipe it up. I also noticed a young woman put on gloves to prep food, take out her phone, text, WITH THE GLOVES ON, put it back in her pocket, then proceed to prep food with the gloves she handled her phone with. The bathrooms were trashed and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week either, and after the small rush of people we were a part of were served, 4 of the employees, including the manager and trainee, disappeared or were on their phones standing around, while the other 2 prepped drive through or take out dishes. I’ll be contacting the health department Monday morning. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Using a gloved hand to wipe food off the line before touching a customer’s food is straight up not cool. Food is consistently good, but the staff needs some serious training on food safety. The line is always destroyed and I don’t really enjoy seeing my burrito get dragged through sour cream and meat juice.

This Chipotle always has great food, the rest is hit or miss. Sometimes the bathrooms are gross, they're out of straws and napkins, no hot sauce out, etc... if you ask they'll get you anything but the care for the lobby area is sub-par.

1st. I do not like not knowing the prices of what you are deciding what to eat.2nd. the food should all be in their own section, but it was scattered all over the tops of all the other foods, all mixed together a lot.3rd. There was garbage all over the floor where they are working in the back where they are cooking the food.4th. Right by the register there was a waste basket for the garbage that looked like it had not been emptied out for the whole day cuz it was full & all over the floor.This was my 1st. Time going inside this restaurant by the East Town Mall Chipotle & the last time. ? ? disgusting ?. Sorry but people need to know the truth. Don't believe me go there yourself to see.

I asked for salsa and what I got was something that must've been made from ghost peppers and satans seed. Here I sit on the toilet typing this review as the pain subsides. For over an hour I was fighting for my life. I'm an atheist but I'll tell you what I prayed to god today, I atoned for my sins on this toilet; I've paid the price. And it was a hefty price, I thought I actually needed medial attention for a few minutes I literally let out an unintentional grunt of pain, I took my shirt off and bit it down to ease the pain, I will never be getting this salsa again even if I was asked to order it at gun point, it is satans spawn. I'm lucky my ass survived this one, I didn't think it was going to for a second
1St time here at East side location. Walked in and counter had left over food and wrappers on it very messy. Girl that served didn’t know what a keto bowl was didn’t have any lettuce, cold fajita veg that were sitting in oil, my bowl wasn’t very warm. For this much money I will not be returning! Very

I want my $40 backFood was not good burrito bowl too spicey too eatBurrito was ice cold (seriously like meat was refrigerated and thrown onto a tortilla and never warmed.Tacos had decent flavor but were crammed into a too small container. I ordered the crunchy shells that were super soggy and had no structural integrity. Had to be eaten with a fork. Not cool when your eating on the run and 20 miles from the restaurant. My wife has forbidden me from ever stopping there again. Seriously I want my money back.
