This was an okay experience for my family! It was Easter- so I’m sure no one wanted to work. The pool sadly was closed when we went to go in the morning which was a huge bummer for us, but we got to go the night before for an hour. It’s a nice pool and busy with kids which is so fun! The pool was a huge reason why we chose here. The guy at the front desk was so cool and nice, he was totally helpful. Breakfast was good too! The room was good and honestly we would stay again!

If you come with your family to enjoy the pool, believe me, this is not the place, the pool is always closed and no one has an explanation for this, the rooms have dirty carpet, and there is no food at the buffet on Mondays, the place is terrible service, I stayed on the third floor, the entire hallway smelled of weed as well as the elevator. It should be noted that I called days before to find out if the pool was working and or surprise closed I lost three nights and my money. Thank you Country Inn By Radisson

This is a good hotel for one night, not so much for one week. Low tech, half way to run down, and plenty of road noise from outside. But the staff is for the most part friendly and at the end of the day these folks are just making a living.If they just bumped up the tech a bit and livened up the towels I’m sure this would be a hotel to come back to.

Middle of nowhere. Amenities no better than cheaper choice hotels. WiFi barely even worked. Staff was unaccommodating for even simple requests. Seriously no worth the price. Usually when you tell them this at higher end Choice hotels they’ll make it up to you - not these people.

Front desk and management are horrible, after driving 3.5 hours with a 5 month old baby they denied my early check in because of poor communication with last night’s staff. Front desk guy was rude and to brush off there bad communication he said I spoke to there call center and not front desk , I’m aware I spoke to front desk not the call center . Do not recommend go somewhere where your going to be treated right and accommodate you .

I came on 11/29/2023 inquiry about rates for the rooms and ask Staff Rep . Liz V about ice for my breast milk and she told me I could not be on the premises if I did not have reservations and that I had to leave immediately, I didn’t know that you couldn’t inquire about a room with out a reservation., I do not recommend this hotel with that type of greeting from someone who is supposed to be helping me , Liz V even told me that I can’t use the rest room because it is private property, I went over to the super 8 and they greeted me with kind words and it just didn’t sit well with me that Liz V Customer Service Was so horrible I had to come back and get her name so I can write this review and she told me I need to leave or she will call the police on me . That is not a good was to treat your future guest so I do not recommend staying at a hotel with staff that will talk and treat you in such way , I am very offended by her actions
After my first hotel flopped. I got to the Country Inn and Suites at 2 am. My fiancee and I were tired and worried we would not get a room.At the front desk we got helped by David. He was very understanding and sympathetic towards us. I am in a wheelchair and asked David if we could see the room. David without no hesitation showed my fiance and I the room and booked the same room for the night.Thank you David for making the stay stressed-free and amazing!

We booked this hotel so we could relax in the swimming pool/hot tub after a day of traveling- unfortunately, there were a lot of small cockroaches in the pool and around on the edges. On the night we checked in, we couldn't find anyone at the reception to let them know- whenever we went there there was never anyone around. Upon check-out, we told the receptionist about this and even showed her a couple of pictures of the roaches floating in the water. Her reply was - "They're probably looking for warmth".Expedia got in touch with them to complain- the hotel replied it was an "ant" and that none were found in the vicinity (which is a weird reply- a. so there was nothing found? or did they find an ant? and b. they found nothing a day after we saw the insects having a swim- such a weird reply.This is not supposed to be happening- and this is not supposed to be the reaction to a customer letting you know you have insects floating in the pool. Clean up your hotel- and sort your staffing issues while you're at it.Very disappointing service and reaction from Radisson.

Great area located close to the expressway but not loud. The people helping were fantastic. So pleasant and willing to help the pool was big and enjoyable. We had a very good hot breakfast and was totally satisfied with our stayWalkability: Close to a Culver's and a Mexican restaurant
