Well I forgot and they didn't give me my soda before the food got there. Also got sub and cheese was clumpy and overall the Philly cheesesteaks meat was cold. Also the meat tasted...old....not good... Kinda sucks considering how much they charge.

Personally I’m a fan of cousins subs, it’s just the service at this location I’m not a fan of. Seems like they always screw up my order somehow. My fault for not always double checking. I usually get my food to go/pickup. Tonight it was they forgot the chips. Other times it’s wrong subs. They have about a .900 batting average for not getting the entire order right. Probably done with going to this location because I never get what I order and don’t want to call them up every time when I get home to tell them they screwed up or have to drive back over there.

We came into the restaurant and the workers were all in the back of the store for 10 minutes before someone realized there were customers waiting at the counter. They then proceeded to come out and the worker taking the order couldn’t even speak straight and was laughing straight to our face throughout taking our order. It was very evident the workers were high or under the influence of some sort. They then screwed up our order and missed an item completely. They were in the back again leaving the store completely unattended and we finally got their attention after another 10 minutes by shouting to them. While we were waiting we also heard laughing, coughing, and an overall ruckus going on in the back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Service was terrible, they got my order wrong not to mention the roast beef had tons of fat in it. Nobody seemed like they wanted to make my order or even be at work. Best bet is to stay away from this place. Also they had no ketchup for the fries at all if I would've known that I wouldn't of even got the fries. This place needs lots of work.

This is my go-to sandwich shop. The food is always good and the service is awesome. The workers are always super friendly and the short wait for a fresh sub is always worth it. They have the BEST cheese curds around in my opinion. Great job, as always!

Worst sub ever. Bread dry. There literally was an entire bag of spring mix on my sub, the cheese slices were dry and clearly had been sitting out. Sad pale tomato slices. The 57 seagulls in the parking lot were happy, gave the day old bread to them. Way overpriced, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Oh. And our fries were cold. Just bad on all accounts.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie sub. It was terrible. Go to subway instead folks
