I will never be coming back to this culvers because your service is terrible. Actually i take that back, the management is terrible because you obviously with how many orders were missing something that i experienced in the drive through was not reprimanded by management because its a MAJOR issue with almost every car that i noticed a good ten plus. Culvers by costco in gb is better. go there

I sometimes feel bad for the 16year olds/65year olds that work there, especially when it's busy. But they never lose their smiles, and the food is delicious. Love the banana splits.
Got take out custard of a flavor I like. Only a little bit of the flavoring was found on to. A few choc chips and some Carmel. The rest was just choc and vanilla custard. A bummer.

Took 50 minutes to get cold food that wasn’t accurate to my order and the coupon I brought to use wasn’t even applied to the transaction. I notified a member of staff and was brushed off that the food was correct, I just needed to check it. I will not be returning to this franchise location. Too bad since it’s conveniently located close to my home. Guess we’ll have to try one in de pere or ashwaubenon.
