Over hyped, over priced & food quality is not good. Sent my wife down to get our child a burger, that they advertised on there menu, only for her to go down there and they tell her they don’t have kids menu items anymore. So we paid $18 and some change for a burger and fries. Absolutely absurd. The hotel parking lot is so full, can’t even park in the parking lot due to the convention center across the street, that the hotel charges $10 per car to park there, unless you have a room. But due to all the people and stuff going on, they sold out all there parking lot to people that aren’t staying at the hotel. Super disappointed.

So we were waiting for over an hr till someone came and asked if we wanted anything. When a waitress came she was so rude. Saying she could serve us but we needed to tip or they would put gratuity on bill because we apparently never tip. And tips r how they get paid. Find a diff job than. A. Tip is not required. B. I have tipped here numerous times so don't tell me that I never tip. I have spend 1000s of dollars at this horrible establishment. Seen the owner/manager drink the whole time I was there. He thought he was this amazing guy and a kewl guy. What a dick and nasty! Plus food here is a joke. Tator tots were burnt. Pizza was nasty I could get better fries from McDonald's. Burgers r dry as fuck! Drinks suck ! I will never go back to the lowlifes

A medical emergency took place with one of the patrons. The staff immediately sprung into action. They had 911 called and CPR being performed within seconds. Afterwards, Brenda went back to bartending and had her customer service face back on. Keeping your head in a scary situation like that is the sign of a professional. Very impressed with this staff.
