Ordered a pizza at 8:18. The tracker said it had went to the quality check portion by 8:28. It’s 9:37 and I’ve gotten no updates. I called the store not once but twice, got put on hold and then forgotten about, so i had to call again. When i asked what was going on with my pizza they said they were “busy.” I said my pizza has been in quality check for an hour, and they said no it hasnt, that they made it 20 minutes ago. And i said, by the time it gets to me, itll be cold. They stated they couldnt do anything for me now and to call back when it comes. Im waiting for cold pizza and wings thatll have been sitting. As im writing this review im still waiting for an update on my pizza and its been 20 minutes since ive called. Worst. Dominos. Ever.
I initially had trouble placing my order, but it was a mistake on my part and the staff was so patient helping me to resolve it. Delivery was fast and the food arrived piping hot. All of my beverages and sauces were remembered. And the delivery driver, Elizabeth, was polite and friendly. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Ordered for my kids when I was working had it delivered to the baby momma house put on my debit card and didn't want them to have my card info so I asked the driver to just throw out the receipt and put $5 tip on for whoever delivered kids ate but nothing special I guess what u get for chain restaurants these daysParking: Inside a business plaza so plenty of parking for everyone also has a drive through window to pick up
Called 30 minutes to close and got refused to get delivery. the sandwich I ordered was burnt the pizza was ok. I see why you guys have such a horrible rating! Do better!!!!!

I I pre-ordered 2 hours ahead of time for a pizza at the start of the Packers game! I'm writing this review at 850 with no pizza! I called at 730 stating my dominoes tracker has been at quality check since 640. Meaning my preoreded pizza has been sitting under a heat lamp for 50 mins and still not out for delivery.... they said they will remake it but it will take 40 minutes. Now an hour and half later still no pizza! It's been on a heat rack again for 30 minutes before it even been out for delivery. Still waiting so not sure how long it will be under that heat lamp still. Not impressed. I'm worked fast food I know how things get, but come on man care a little bit!!

You guys messed up on my order again by a lot. Then got a email back about getting a free pizza for the big mess up but didn't even receive it. You had me reorder again after you canceled it due to a mess up of me being charged. SMH in really getting up

Food is always perfectly cooked and very fadt, even before cited delivery time. Drivers are usually very polite and quick. One was a little surly lol but we all have bad days. Thank you for the consistency in quality and speed of service!
Ordered pizzas to be delivered to a business and explained that I needed the pizzas by 1:15 and that someone would be waiting at the front door at 1:00. Well, I sent that person to get soft drinks at 12:40 and as they were walking out of the building to make a 10 minute trip, guess what person was standing there before 12:45 to deliver pizzas that I had ordered. Cold pizza for everyone now! Very disappointing.

We are from out of state. Went on line to compare places & prices. After a quick glance at 2 other places. &getjngg frustrated with the others menu's I said to hell with it. & ordered from a familiar name. Boy am I glad I did! I ordered the hand tossed meatza pizza & cheesy bread sticks. The person on the phone was super polite, & dpoke clear. The delivery guy was also very polite. Our meal arrived like clockwork & hot! The pizza was hands down delicious. Probably the best tasting fast food I've had in years! The crust was perfect no burn marks, no parts crunchy. The cheesy bread sticks...must have been made by a pastry chef or an angel. The dough was so soft & light, filled inside with cheese more pasty dough onto with more melted cheese over that. Every bite was sinfully delightful.Thank you Domino's employees it is refreshing to. Come across employees who take pride in their jobs & it shows.

We waited close to 2 hours for our pizzas. The delivery driver was nice and friendly but very unimpressed with how long it took for us to receive our pizzas. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again.We have ordered from dominoes before just not this location and we have always received our food in a timely manner. I have never had to wait close to 2 hours for the pizzas that we ordered.
