My personal favorite sub shop! Team today went out of their way to open a little early to make sandwiches for me to take on the road. Love this place!

I basically get a sandwich every day from them, never had a complaint once. Only downside is I've had every option ?

I ordered me and my boyfriend 2 combo subs we each got a drink and a bag of chips i also ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. it said our order would be arriving within the next 50 minutes . we called after it had been an hour and they said there wifi went down and they had a bunch of orders she said she would get to us in about 15 minutes. about 15 minutes later we received our order. in one bag there was my soda and chips in the other my boyfriends chips, soda and our subs NO SOUP. we called back and asked about our soup and the man on the phone said that she would be going back to the store to pick up our soup and drop it off after she was done delivering her next four orders he said she would be here around 9pm i waited at my door from 8:50-9 then I called back and the girl answered the phone I told her my problem she she said my order was the only order with soup and she knows she put it in there and started getting an attitude with me. I asked her if she could refund me for the soup since she said they were closed and she said yes then hung up on me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. she was the female driver for Tuesday around 7 pm

my girlfriend and i order 2 combos and a soup bowl. bill was 30$ , the b**** that was delivering tuesday night march 16th should be fired , that b**** is annoying asf rude asf , and obviously cant read an order straight, the other dude was pretty chill seemed like he was baked asf , but they both didnt give a f*** about a complaint and didnt give a s*** to fix it. imma be back just not gonna be there to order food.

Always a great experience! I couldn't eat sandwich meat while I was pregnant and really missed this place.
Friendly employees but sandwich was wrong, which is becoming a common occurrence at this location and others. I'll need to start checking my sandwiches before leaving the shop.

We online ordered for myself, my husband, and our 8 year old. We couldn't customize our kids meal sandwich (lettuce, tomato) online. No big deal. We have that here and can put it on ourselves. Opted for curbside pickup because it's cheaper. Upon arrival for curbside, I waited about five minutes. Mind you there's no instruction for curbside so I just sat there wondering and waiting. Finally, when it looked as though the store was clear (and it was) I went in. Two ladies were just chillin at the counter with my order between them. "Oh I was watching for you and didn't see you." Really? I was parked directly out front of the window. Again, no big deal. I got the food home. I began by taking the "guts" out of my sons sandwich because it's his favorite part and they didn't do it and it's always been done in the past. I finished making his and went to eat mine. Between the "unfresh" brown lettuce and lack of meat/cheese (I'm pretty sure school cafeterias are more generous) I neglected to eat it. I made myself a tuna salad sandwich. After this whole experience , I realized we should've done this in the first place. Erbert's and Gerbert's, I hope you enjoyed my $25 donation, because it's the last you'll ever receive from me.I still gave two stars because your chips and coke were A-ok!

First time ever eating here. And I paid extra for extra toppings and never got them on my sub. Not happy at all.. especially with how much they charge for extra toppings.

I have always enjoyed Erberts and Gerberts but unfortunately had an experience that was not ideal. The in store part was fine but when I arrived at home, my wife opened her sub and found a nice long black hair in her sub. She was disgusted and tried to get past it but ultimately couldn’t. We will obviously still try and come here but just wanted to make it aware to you, the company about it. Thank you.
