I has an amazing g Cajun chicken sandwich and a few cocktails. the smoked long Island was creatively crafted with a beautiful presentation. the bartender is amazing and she is definitely an asset to this famous Dave's location.

Food was undercooked. Understaffed. Heard from locals that it's gone downhill. The manager did his best to make things right by refunding the cost of our meal, and he was very friendly, but not a great experience.

Extremely slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant except for one other small group, and it took over 1 hr. Found out it's because they ran out of cooked chicken (not sure how since we were the only ones there) and then they told us 45 minutes they were out of cooked chicken. Even when we got the food, the food was average at best. The meat tasted good but the veggies and sides lacked any sort of flavor. I will not be going back to that location. Famous Dave's is usually a great restaurant, but not this location.

I don’t know when service changed at Famous Dave’s but I didn’t like it. You walk in and order at the bar and pay at the same time. So if you choose to eat here, look at the menu before you arrive. Also, I wanted Dave’s wild rice soup, they don’t make it anymore, ughhhh. And I wanted peach cobbler they didn’t have that either!!! Maybe it just wasn’t my day.

Came for dinner, 6:00pm. NO servers. Having said that, they still pulled off an excellent experience! Gentleman at bar was really upbeat and very nice. The young lady bringing our food was doing the job of I assume several people, and did outstanding job. If I had them I'd give them 10 thumbs up! Good job Dave's!

Such a disappointment. Had to order and pay right away at the bar, which made absolutely no sense at all. Ordered chicken, brisket and ribs, which took less than 5 minutes to get our food, so it seems that they are re-heating old food in the microwave. The ribs and brisket were tough and dry. Famous Dave's has definitely gone down hill and we will no longer be going there.

Ribs were good but not great, warm tap beer, corn on the cob was old and tough! Mashed potatoes were hot and fresh. Corn brwad muffin was excellent.

Awesome experience. Great food, great menu and great atmosphere. Food was surprisingly fast with very attentive bartender/waitress/waiters. So glad i finally went there and got to try it out. I will most definitely be going back there. Not super cheap but also not expected to be with that kind of menu and food options.

Typical famous Dave's food , no frills but you know what to expect. Very consistent with everything . Corn bread is always outstanding.
First off, no one in parking lot, thought the place was closed. We went in, had to order at the counter of the bar & pay right away & include your tip. Then they brought your food to you. That was the last you saw of the server. The spare ribs were dry & tough, couldnt eat them. The corn needed salt & maybe butter. In fact all the food needed salt. There was no salt or pepper on the table. The coleslaw, beans & chicken were ok. Will definitely not eat there again. Feet also stuck to the floor as the carpet was very sticky.

Loved the food. Not a fan of having to stand in line to order at the bar when you walk in. I like to be able to look over the menu and decide. No servers, so you had to go back up to the bar to get refills or anything you needed. I'm sure they are short handed and doing the best they can. The lady that was working at the bar was running her butt off and was very pleasant and helpful.

First off, the ribs and chili were pretty good. Aside from that, you pay ahead of time and then sit down, so service can be as bad as it wants b/c you've already tipped, so they don't care. Sitting down to a greasy, dirty table was also pretty unpleasant.

My husband is from the deep south. The REAL south. Moved up here in January, and haven't been able to find adequate Q anywhere. Got a full slab of ribs, great sweet tea, and banana pudding. He is so glad there is a real BBQ place close to us that we can get to when we miss it.
