Customer service is wonderful. Staff were helpful in guiding new staff members on what to do. Suggestion would be is working on changing gloves when going from a dirty job to a clean one. Food was hot and delicious. Very nice the dining room was open to enjoy our food.

Staff is very courteous. A recommendation I would make is between cleaning tables take off gloves before getting someone a new cup other than that the service was wonderful

I went Fazoli's today for lunch today with my niece and everything was very good! The food was delicious and super fast! The staff were friendly and made sure to keep the whole restaurant clean. All of the workers wear masks and walked to our table 2-3 times to make sure that we had everything we needed and did not have to get up. I would definitely feel comfortable going back again. Thanks for doing a great job!

The staff 8/28 night was extra friendly. They were super polite, and came and checked around even though it was 8:30pm at night. I had a great experience and would come again. These people truly seem to run their butts off here. I appreciate the service of a taller, brown haired, skinnier, nasal like voice worker, he was not wearing a name tag. :)
