Stopped to kill some time and charge my phone and this Hardee's was so clean and friendly! There are outlets at nearly every table. Roshelle took my order and brought it to my table and it was a fantastic experience. Also the chicken tenders were amazing ?

It's my first rime in Hardee's and the cashier Trevor was really patient and give me the time to choose my menu.The burger was good.Thank you, I will come back.

The food was good but the customer service was abysmal. I walked up to the counter and this very disheveled looking girl comes up to me at the counter, she made eye contact with me and literally said nothing, typed some stuff on her POS system for a minute and then just stared at me blankly and says "you can order whenever you want" .... With this bizarre look of "I could care less about you" on her face. I said "ok....." And then placed my order. . .Then as I watched them make my food someone I could only assume is the shift supervisor was walking around on her phone while she's making food , and I could overhear her conversation "ooooo what kinda car he gets yo?" , and then her and the lady who tooky order has their backs turned to me and we're snickering and whispering.Everyone that was working there looked like they hadn't taken a shower yet this month.10/10 would never come back to this Hardee's.When they gave me my order I could see some of my items sitting in the food warmer and I said "are those my chicken wraps in the warmer?" I know they were because I watched her bag my stuff up and saw that not everything got put in the bag..The lady once again just stared ate with this blank expression of uncaring and goes "oh. "When I took my bag I said "thank you have a great day" and then and only then did she act polite.I know fast food jobs can be bothersome but the customer service in that store was not acceptable. All you gotta do is smile and be polite to customers. It's not like I was in there giving them a hard time there was no reason for this lack of politeness. Do better y'all

Food and service was super good. Atmosphere was great as well. Could have been just a little cleaner. But all in all, would definitely still recommend.Parking: Parking was good. The Hardee's is attached to a gas station so it was super convenient.Kid-friendliness: It was just a good family atmosphere. Calm.

Ordered online, said our order was ready for pick-up. Waited 27 minutes for it. In the front of the restaurant. Our daughter’s chicken biscuit. The chicken was almost burnt. Apparently don’t appreciate people waiting on their orders. One last thing. There’s was several people in there.
