Food was just okay. Our pickles were not good and clearly past their expiration date. Our sandwiches had barely any meat and we paid for double, so there should have been more. It was much better last time we ate here. Kinda disappointed.Our delivery person was great though!

Made an online order for delivery, they delivered 1/2 of my sandwich. I called to informed them, they said they will remake and deliver. Received a call back from a different person saying I was lying that all sandwiches were in the bag. Very poor customer service.

Great sandwiches! Great selection of sandwiches! Love their chips! Have tried the wraps and lettuce wrapped ones,too! VERY busy, but it's VERY quick service in person and home deliveries! Both Eaton Road and Main Street locations.

Ordered delivery through the app from this location today at 11:43. At 12:09 I received the update that it was out for delivery. I did not receive my order until 12:56, and had to call to get any update on why my order was so late, especially because it's only a 6 minute drive from where I am. I was told my order had been lost and a new one was on the way. On top of all that, I had ordered avocado spread on my sandwich, which is an extra charge, and it was missing from my sandwich. I'm incredibly disappointed and will likely not be ordering here again. Complete rip off.

Don't order from this location. I ordered 7:58 pm 8/29/2023 and my food was never delivered even though it said "out for delivery" 10 minutes after my order was placed. Beyond unhappy and you've lost a customer.

Jimmy John's on main st and Oneida st wont deliver to Dousman Street. Place to order at Oneida Street location took my order took my card number 30 minutes later was called that you do not deliver to my location main Street won't deliver to my location can't believe Dousman st is a Dead zone .
