I went to the drive through, only to be told they had no chicken, while employees were outside smoking!!!! When they do have chicken, the employees treat you like you are annoying them.... Interrupting time in their cell phones. I will never go back. The time I did get chicken it was a little rare and greasy! The whole time employees smoking outside. Employees going in and out of cars in the parking lot. Drug deals? They all had their little bags!

They need to open the inside so people ordering can see the conditions and actions of the staff !!As it stands there is no one there to keep them honest and monitor their professionalism !!Can't/ won't trust drive thru only !!Need to actually see the interactions and conduct of staff!!

Worst meal ever. I used to love KFC, but not after today. Food was not hot. I ordered extra crunchy chicken. Didn't get it. It was greasy and no flavor. I had worst heart burn I have ever had. I will not eat there again. Bad experience to say the least.

I jest love the Eastside KFC The chicken is amazing went to the drive-through today order chicken and coleslaw came around the lady that was working the drive-through was amazing. Anytime any day I would go to the Eastside KFC I do not like the Oneida Street one on the west side Service is always slow and the chicken seems to be dry all the time. So I called KFC after I went through the drive-through and talk to the manager and I said your chicken is bomb she like omg well thank you I explain to her and she said thank you very much. I give them 10 all the way in omg The coleslaw it is so good it doesn’t seem so dry other KFC. Keep up the great work.

Very BAD service! Waited in line forever with no cars, had to repeat my order 50 times and they still couldn't ring it in right...Can't understand english....blamed it on the speaker.....got to the window and they still didn't have my order right, had to say atleast 20 more times for the yahoo to understand it and the manager was being very rude....said they didn't have enough chicken to make it but magically it was ready in 3 minutes....finally get home and come to find out they forgot items in my order that I asked 50 times for....food was BAD!!!!! Overcooked....Undercooked.....RAW!!!!!! Got refused a refund.......will NEVER stop at this KFC again!!!!!!!!

They always having issues here,I do DoorDash and every time I come to this location where always issues,Drinks out, food options out,Now they tell me they won’t take orders, but I’m doing a DoorDash delivery.Um okay.I won’t suggest ordering from this location.Although they have a very nice guy that work here,The shortest on there food sucks.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received. I arrived at their drive thru 15 minutes before close and they had already shut off all the signs. I continued to go inside because I saw people in the lobby. I then stood there and all the employees looked at me then ignored my presence. The manager then said with an attitude the lobby is closed so we're closed. I then left and it was only 8:50. Overall all very disappointed.

These people do not know how to make KFC. Their mashed potatoes taste like they buy the potato mix from the store. It’s never actually made with good quality anymore. The USDA needs to check on this place. Never buying from this location ever again.
