I used to love this place, and I always get beef and broccoli with no rice. Now they’re telling me I have to take the rice and it takes up half the plate instead of the beef and broccoli I ordered. The last time I was there I wanted to separate orders of beef and broccoli. With no rice and the young guy gave me one order one plate, half filled with rice and the other half filled with beef and broccoli. I wanted to give an order to my brother, who was sick at home, and I was going to bring him an order of beef and broccoli and no rice. They took it upon themselves to put both orders together and gave me one plate of rice and the other one beef and broccoli so I ended up going home with no broccoli for myself and I was so hungry that night. That was the last time I went there and I won’t be back I don’t like rice I don’t wanna have to pay for rice they give you rice, regardless, whether you want it or not.

When you're told 20 minutes for a to go order and you sit there for almost an hour. Said they were out of moo shu. You DO NOT get "chow mein" noodles when you order chow main, unless you want to pay extra for them. I could go on, but it's not worth it.

I love this place! The food is really good. I live that I can actually watch it being made. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but they always have someone there to help with that. The shrimp with lobster sauce was great! Huge shrimp!!

Our order was screwed up. The guy didn't even apologized. He was being rude and not acknowledging his error. We order lunch and there was no eggrolls with it. The deliver person was kind, but definitely not the person who takes the order. Please have good customer service when you're serving the customers. Will be our first and last order.

Very slow delivery not pleased also they said they delivered my order to the hospital as I’m in town for my family member here thinking this would be easy for me they lied and said they called me and in fact they did not and then arguing with me about canceling my order also getting a refund they would not do as well !!! Terrible customer service also wouldn’t respond to me was talking to other employees as I’m trying to get this taken care of very rude as well this place should be shut down

So, the food was actually pretty good and the service, well the young guy is rude. WHAT SUCKS IS THERE WAS A STRING OF METAL IN MY FOOD. LIKE FROM A WIRE BRILLO PAD.

Very rude! They completely screwed up my order. The receipt clearly stated what I ordered and what I got was not it!! No apologies from them. I had to go all the way back or eat food I didn't want. An apology for the inconvenience would have made sense. They acted like I was the one who did something wrong. Will not be going back.

If your ordering online you will be just as sorry as if you had ordered from the location. They do not update your order status, and my food was over 1.5 hours when the order said 45 minutes. The elderly male delivery driver gets to my house, no hello, no sorry for the wait, he looked completely disgusted that he had to deliver food and wouldn't look me in the face, it felt completely RACIST. (and I tip well mind you!!)Finally get the food to my table as my kidsbare hungry so let's get it open and eat! What AWFUL food. I wish I had pictures because it's like you can see the globs of CORNSTARCH they use to thicken the meal, IVE NEVER HAD SUCH BLAND and SLIMY looking food in my life. Even the egg drop soup was half dissolved and separating, and when has Chinese food never had salt JUST WOW Rude service that felt completely racist, non consumable food, no apologies and completely overpriced. Never again

Not sure why we haven't tried this place before since it's close to home, but I placed an online order for pickup. It did seem a tiny bit sketchy walking in to get my order - it kinda looked like they weren't open, or at least not the dining area. But it was ready when it said it was supposed to be, and order was perfectly correct! And it was DELICIOUS. Tender meat, crispy veggies, perfect level of spice. Much better than the other places I've been getting Chinese from recently! My only complaint was having to remove shrimp tails, but every restaurant (of any kind) is different with that & it's 50/50 which way it comes.Extremely happy with my order and will be ordering from here again!!!
