This was not a fantastic experience for me. One of the two pizzas I ordered was a pretzel crust pepperoni. Not only was there no pepperoni on said pizza, but it was just a standard crust that they put pretzel salt on. Come on Little Caesars, do better!

Very slow but have yet to make a mistake on any orders. I personally can't eat there but I deliver for Doordarshan so am there a few times a week.Wheelchair accessibility: No way to open the door on your own. You will need someone to open the door for you.

Worse one in town. They never ever answer the phone. The pizza is never cooked well. The location on W Mason is the best one to go to. I advise everyone to stop going to this location on S Ashland. I went to dominos because they don’t care if they have customers or not here.

Anyone have any bad experiences at lil Caesars in Ashland.?Wife made an order at 1 p.m. for 6 pm ( four calls and they finally picked up to take order) ... Not only did they not have the order... Jeremy the assistant manager was Very rude and called me a liar... I used the number I called and their phone rang and I hung up and it stopped. Jeremy was hostile and I will never go back to that location. No hospitality skills and straight calling me stupid as I prove him wrong and he's obviously overwhelmed and lying to boot ?. An hour later and we were late to our own son's birthday party ? I won't go back until Jeremy is no longer there . What an awful person. Dominic (the worker) was great! Did what he could considering his boss as a @$$. Poor kid

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread with sauce on the mobile app at 11:31, said they received it and started it at 11:35, went in at noon and the man at the desk said “Oh that’s weird, oh it just came in.” Trying to play it off, said it’d be ready in 25-30 minutes. Went back at 12:30, only one pizza and the crazy bread was there, told him I had 2 Classic Pepperoni’s and he said “Nope” with heavy attitude, said “Yep” and he gave me an hot and ready pizza. The first pizza he gave me was cheese and I didn’t get sauce with my crazy bread.

It still says they’re making my pizza and I’ve been home for 15 mins. They never even put the online order in the pickup box. It’s hard to imagine what we’ve come to as a society. Fast food used to be fun and enjoyable in America. This has become a joke. They simply do not care about the customer at all. It’s seriously sad. That’s what it is, it’s just sad.

Service was great. My pizza was awfully crafted. I got the lunch special but it had looked as if they took the pan retriever and pushed two of the 4 corners inward. No cheese on those two pieces because of the fact that they were like little dough mountains with the sauce and cheese dripping down twords the other two pieces. The two "dry" pieces weren't edible. Burnt and had not much roni on it.It's not the only problem I've had at this particular location. Not open within clear operating hours, rude customer service (not this time, dude was extra cool), and unsanitary habits such as phones out in the production area. Pretty gross. Really upsetting that this is the only one on my way home from work. Guess chick fil a will be getting more of my money from now on.
