Food OK. Service could be better. stopped in for the first time at approximately 1 PM. After placing order went to the restroom. Unfortunately there was a huge puddle on the floor near the toilet. To make it more disgusting someone had taken A LONG LENGTH of toilet paper and wound it around the door and left it hanging there. I alerted the waiter when he came back. approximately 30 minutes later, I went to use the restroom and it was obvious the puddle had been cleaned up and the floor sanitized. But the person who cleaned it left the TP hanging there! WHAT THE CRA$ ??!!! Insulting and disgusting!! will gladly not be back. Ordered the number 11 lunch special. It was acceptable but nothing special rice was all dried out....

This mexican food at its best, As authentic as it can get, in the USA.I Visited several times, efficient friendly staff, amazing food, and excellent service, friendly environment, as if you are in Mexico.

Ordered 3 meals for delivery. The driver was given only 1 of the meals. A phone call to ask was hung up with no conversation. Buyer beware!

Complete waste of money. Hands down the worst food experience I have had in years. Chimichanga was limp, not fried. What appeared to be a piece of processed cheese was melted on type. Likely microwaved to (partially) melt it. Carne Asada street tacos were completely bland. Carne Asada burrito was just a flour tortilla with un-seasoned meat, nothing else. Rice and beans were luke warm. No flavor. Ne effort by the kitchen to attempt to deliver any level of quality. We were the only ones at the restaurant. Four people, $80.00, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. PEOPLE EITHER HAVE TO TRY TO DO THIS BAD OF A JOB, OR JUST DO NOT CARE AT ALL. COMPLETELY DISSATISFYING, EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING.

I hate to be cruel or mean, but I was not a happy customer. I ordered 2 shrimp tacos. I was expecting them to be light & flavorful, with an easy mouthful each bite.The 1st mistake is breading the shrimp. Gross. Was not expecting deep fried shrimp, and the breading adds absolutely nothing-no crunch, no flavor, no health benefits. Just a soggy mess.The 2nd mistake was they didn’t cut the shrimp up-they’re huge! Didn’t like it.On top of that, I had to ask for salsas, when I went back in for the red salsa, I guess it’s the same as their chip dipping salsa.I was so disappointed! I wanted something fresh tasting, and I was expecting that, but it was just so heavy & bla!I will not return here, and if you’re looking for light, fresh shrimp tacos be aware that these will be breaded.

We went here for the first time cause we heard so many good things. My husband ordered a burrito that comes with cheese sauce and enchilada sauce. He asked for absolutely no enchilada sauce. When he got his food it came with enchilada sauce, he told the waiter it wasn't supposed to have it. The waiter seemed upset and told my husband it's not spicy and wanted him to keep it and eat it, my husband said no and he grabbed the plate and didn't seem very happy. When I said something to the manager they pretty much said we was lying cause his employees don't speak English well and it has to be a misunderstanding cause his employees wouldn't say that. If you mess up on someones order you don't try to force them to eat it, you make it right. Clearly the waiter new what my husband was saying. We won't be back. Also the steak has no flavor and the food was bland.
PICTURE IN COMMENTS Ordered a Mexican pizza. Very disappointed. It ended up being a soggy mess that tasted horrible. The flours were not even crispy, they were raw and hard to cut through. It was really confusing because there was no photo of the mex pizza on menu to even compare what it’s supposed to look like. I would have rather had one from Taco Bell. I’m not sure what their idea of next pizza is, but I can assure you it was unique, and not in a good way.

We were staying in a nearby hotel so my husband walked over to get some food to bring back. He ordered some beef nachos for himself and a pork carnitas for me. Luckily my dish was plenty and pretty tasty because I had to share. We wish we had taken a picture of the nachos because they were pathetic. They were a small amount of chips with some ground beef on top and a little bit of cheese sauce. That's it! Really the most pathetic nacho's you'd ever see and very little taste and not cheap. Cost as much as my carnitas. Will not be back!

Popped in for lunch at the Oconto location today. Prompt, friendly service. Great decor as well. My sister had the #5 lunch special ( 2 enchiladas with rice & beans) I had the #4 ( 2 tacos with rice & beans) The chips were hot, the salsa was very tasty and the warm bean dip was delicious!
