Missing half my order. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. Nobody came back to the phone. This happens more often than not. Suggestion...start checking . It isn't convenient for me to come back.

I just slipped and fell on soapy floors and the restaurant didn't do nothing about it. Rude!!! Threw my back out and brusied both knees up. I had to crawl to the rug just to get up and did I mention how embarrassed I was??

Horrible customer service. every time I order curbside it takes 30+ minutes for them to come out with my order. I did arrive one time and waited for 20 minutes at curbside before going through the drive through and they told me they threw the food out and would remake it. I waited another 30 minutes in curbside just to go through the drive through again and them tell me they haven’t remade my order.

Throughly annoyed with this location. Consistency is hard to come by. I’ve come here on occasion over the last couple years but today really set me off. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and got a regular one. Ordered two mcchickens with cheese and bacon added and both of them were missing the bacon. Got a large fry and only half of it was filled. Normally I’d just bite the bullet and ignore it but I’m fed up with this location and consistent ability to mess up orders. Hoping the owner sees this review and fixes the issues with his restaurant. McDonald’s has gotten far too expensive for errors like this.

Meh food and overpriced for what you get. Go to Bacon Burger Company right next door (call ahead and order to avoid a wait) or call to order breakfast from Julie's Cafe just down the road.Employees are nice. The atmosphere is a generic fast food restaurant.
Veterans Day, Mc Donald's posted a free combo meal, I was going to try one. Haven't eaten there in a while. My wife likes the big Mac, so I was going to get her one and try one myself. Not one in Green Bay offered the veterans free comboSo we decided to get on anyway. Driest hamburg I ever had. Even if it was free I will never go back.
