I recently ordered a cake from Monzù for my baby shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cake not only looked stunning but tasted absolutely delicious! They preach custom cakes but when I asked for giraffes they use a printed image. I expected them to be piped in frosting. I would not of went there had I known they were gunna be that lazy.

The macaroons are good, but the majority they bake are very small (and expensive) and some of them big. They should have a template with the same size. When I buy I ask for the big ones and looks like they don't like that.

Pretty much the best cake ever! I’ve only seen them at farmers / street markets- but the cupcake is so moist and flavorful. The container makes take away easy and the quality is still perfect the next day. Now I know I can just order more! A cupcake a day… :) (no photo available because I devoured)

Best gluten free cake ever! It doesn’t have the dry, crumbly texture that gluten free cake usually has. I was so happy that there were so many flavor options for gluten free, too. We ordered a n 8 inch gluten free chocolate covered cherry cake for my wedding and it was a huge hit! The ordering and pick up process was super easy. I would highly recommend this bakery.
The person checking us out was super nice and friendly! She gave my sister a free raspberry macaron and we got to try their White Chocolate Raspberry cake, it was to die for. One year ago come July 2nd, we enjoyed this delicious 4 tiered cake from Monzu with our 250 guests at our wedding. They were able to alternate flavors with each tier. We chose the berry lemon and triple vanilla crème brûlée. As for the exterior, they brought to life my idea of a white 4 tiered cake with a pearl trim and floral accent. It was simple, classic and delicious! What we appreciated was that we had a budget to stick to and the owner worked with our idea to fit that budget. For our one year wedding anniversary, I plan to pick up a small cake with the flavors we had on our wedding day!
My husband and I received a 3 Tier cake for our wedding and it was perfect. Our wedding was 40 min away from Green Bay but was very reasonably priced. Actually the cake was the only thing that was reasonably priced in the whole wedding but truly tasted delightful! I found it difficult to find someone willing to make a large cake since most are leaning towards a small cake with a sheet cake for the masses which I did not want. The baker was very polite and accommodating. During our tasting the person helping us with samples clearly demonstrated some anxiety that affected her ability to demonstrate good customer service. Not everyone is a people person but it wasn’t enough to down grade the business. I can not wait to order another cake for our anniversary!!!

I contacted Monzu' Bakery for cupcakes for my Mom's 90th birthday party. We were blown away by the amazing selection of flavors - so we ordered 7 different ones. What a treat!!!! The children LOVED the selection and the adults did too. Everyone could chose their favorite and they were beautifully decorated. It was a great hit and we will definitely be contacting them again. The process was so simple, all on line because we live a couple of hours away, and the order was completely accurate and perfect. The staff was very helpful and the price was great. thank you thank you thank you. Everyone thought the cupcakes were a hit.

Used Monzu for our wedding cake this passed weekend.Overall I would never recommend this place. The experience was a nightmare. I really would rather had gotten a cake from Sam's club then going through Jenny (owner) and not have to deal with the type of customer service we received. From the beginning it always seemed as they were bothered and making us feel unwelcomed. The taste of cake and experience is not worth it! Take your money else where because you should never feel unwelcomed somewhere regardless of the situation.
