I just ate at the Hyatt for the Packers game and I was extremely impressed with the food. Every meal I had there was delicious and my favorite was breakfast. I made it convenient to just have to walk downstairs to eat and enjoyable meal!

This restaurant is located inside of the Hyatt Regency downtown hotel in Green Bay. The menu is American cuisine and is serviceable though not particularly inspired. The location is obviously convenient if you happen to be staying at the hotel, but I definitely wouldn't go here otherwise. Clean inside, decorations okay. It was quiet and calm and mostly empty when I was there, which was pretty nice for conversation. Parking for the hotel is gated, so getting in and out is a hassle, especially if you aren't staying at the hotel. Overall, Pub333 is a decent option if you are staying at the Hyatt and didn't feel like going out for food, but I wouldn't go here otherwise

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency and spent a little time here each of our 3 night stay. The food was good (recommend the beignets!!) and the atmosphere was fun! It was super busy, but the service remained friendly and fun. We are excited to visit again during our next stay!

We tried out the restaurant during our stay in the Hyatt. I had the Pub Burger; it tasted juicy and I liked the sports-themed interior with lots of TVs (great for watching sporting events); the downside is that the portion sizes are small (I was hoping the Pub Burger was a little larger) considering the prices are a little high. Good place to have a beer or two

We had such a great night staying at the Hyatt Regency. We ordered some very tasty drinks at pub 333 and then decided to bring the family to dinner there. There was probably only three tables at the time, but we still had to wait forever and barely got checked on the entire time. Our waitress was very nice but maybe it was her first waitress job? A few of us paid $30 for ribeye steak and ordered a medium rare for it to come to us well done and they advertise balsamic fries and the fries had maybe a few drops of the balsamic sauce. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed the pizza, burgers, and cheese curds. I most definitely would not have dinner here ever again. For what we paid it was absolutely not worth it.

Horrible service. Ok food. Not worth it. Gave it 2 try's and both time they failed. Waiters and waitresses just don't care.

We ate here a couple times for snacks and dinner since we were staying in the hotel on business. We took our food to go every time. If we had to break it down, the food would be 2 stars, service 4. Eggs Benedict was a fried egg with a hollandaise that was lumpy and most likely made from a powder. No Canadian bacon so I ordered a side of sausage - which was dry. 1 Star. Gave it another shot. Asian crunch salad - not bad could have had more dressing. 2 very small slivers of chicken in it which were dry as well. 3 stars. My husband got Asian wings, potstickers and ordered an artichoke dip as well for the kids to share. Wings - 2 were raw. Seasoning was lacking. 1 Star. Potstickers were super greasy - we blotted them dry and liked the dipping sauce. 2 stars Artichoke dip - was really good! 4 stars. Service was great - food side of things could be better but if you stick to salads, soups (looked good) and the dip it's good. Their Bloody Mary's looked epic - so we may try that before heading out of town.

This place was just ok. I really can't say much more or less about the spot. Honestly, they could probably benefit from shrinking the menu and focusing on real pub style food. Lots of potential given the location and guaranteed clientele. The tempura cheese curds are amazing though...three stars just for that unexpected gem!

The Pub is inside the Hyatt Regency, so it was super convenient to grab a late dinner and drink. Prices are on the higher side, but you are paying for convenience. The meat lovers pizza I purchased for three of my children fed all of their bellies and was about $22, not too extravagant. The Beyond Burger was over $12 and was cooked badly. It was burnt on the outside and tasted weird on the inside. I was drinking, though, so I ate it without complaint. The fries were fresh and tasty. My husband's fish tacos were just "okay" and we didn't understand why only two were provided. The staff were nice enough, but very slow with our drink orders. $85 for five beers, a pizza, and two entrees seemed a little excessive to me, but so be it. It fed my family so that's what was most important.

If you like indifferent incompetent service with bland food with small portions, you will love this place. Unfortunately as a guest of the hotel we tried grabbing food for dinner and it was awful. Took forever for server to greet us, she had no clue on any basic details of the food, and to get a water refill and dining utensils (after food finally arrived), I had to leave our booth and go to the bar and ask. What's wrong with this picture? (And they weren't busy on a dead Thursday night.) Hyatt should be ashamed of this establishment.

We ordered our food as party of 4. Don't be surprised when you are charged 22% gratuity and your food bill for three of your members is less than what they took for the tip! We were near friends and they said even though we were separated they added the 22% to all because we were "with" a group of 8 or more. The male bartender was great; however, the female was very inattentive and rude. We would not have given her the 22% tip if given the choice. We were considering staying here for a hotel night in the future, but after this evening we will not be returning.

My sister, daughter and I decided to take in the experience of eating at this restaurant while staying at the hotel during the week. We expected a lot better. We went during lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant, the "waitress" with a bad attitude and tattoos didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in so we just sat where we wanted to. It seemed like we were bothering her for being there. We ordered and got this sampler, I went on to say that I wanted a burger too from the menu, her reply was "You won't need the burger cause you will fill up on the platter" Excuse me but it doesn't matter if I want 10 of those burgers! That's not your job lady to tell me what I want or not want. She tried to redeem herself but after that I am never coming back to eat there, ever. Throughout the "experiences" here at the Pub she didn't smile, wasn't friendly, no common courtesy's like "enjoy your stay" or "have a good day" "Where are you guys from?" Nothing!! Her attitude reflected most of our stay at the Hyatt, which is terrible for such a well known hotel chain. I've worked in customer service for years and a little bit goes a long way, she needs classes or a talk from the manager here cause the Pub lost customers

The experience for a burger here mirrored the experience i had with my 3 night stay..... not anywhere close to my expectations. Food was blah.... went with a simple burger and fries and both were average at best. Really disappointed with the burger as the meat seemed tasteless.... and the fries were ok. Best part of the meal was the ice cold glass of beer i ordered and drank before the meal even arrived. It was REALLY ice cold and was a simple domestic- not a fancy IPA and maybe i was simply in the mood for a beer..... but the temperature of it being probably just before generating ice crystals in the beer made this by far the best part of a lame dinner experience there. The hotel is elegant when you enter..no doubt and the workout room is by far the best i have seen at any Midwest hotel i have enjoyed using. But the rooms, although spacious and some decent extras such as fridge, microwave and huge bedroom TV, the bathroom was very tight and dated. Even rundown with toilet, shower and vanity in desperate need of renovations. Bed was comfy but the whole room seemed tired... needing upgrades. Parking does cost $5 per night and no complimentary papers to take each morning and as other reviewers have noted, anyone with any kind of fear of heights beware as it is very intimidating to stand near the waist-high guardrail that overlooks the lobby below. Stayed on the 7th floor and i DO have serious height issues. I cannot imagine what it would be like to have kids along goofing around and going anywhere near that guardrail! Any parent's nightmare....
