I placed a pickup order at 11:27 and received an e-mail that it would be ready at 11:37. I arrived at 11:50 and it was nowhere to be seen. They hadn’t even started it. Pretty inconvenient considering I planned my 30 min lunch break around this. Proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes before I was handed my food at 12:05 which is thirty minutes past the time I was told. I get that things are busy but I do believe it is unreasonable when people who went through the line got their food faster than I did when ordering ahead.

Three dashers have come to collect my already paid food and it is not ready yet!! It was estimated to be at 6:20pm... three cars have arrived to pick up, they make them wait and in the end they leave because they are not ready? 6 minutes left until 7pm

It's always good! Plus other than extra protein, they don't charge extra for the add on's.Dietary restrictions: I can't have dairy, but I love that they don't charge for the extra toppings I put on that are not dairy, n it's a lot of them.

They were extremely rude, I ordered a burrito bowl and I asked for one scoop of each rice, they gave me 4 scoops of the same rice, they Would NOT put a LID on this BOWL TO GO, they yelled at me and told me they couldn't and were going to just put this open burrito bowl in a bag with the rest of my order!

I have ordered Qdoba Catering for a couple of times. The food is amazingly good and the price is just right! The staff at the Mason E. Green Bay are extremely friendly and are very helpful to help with what you need for your event, what ever size catering order may be. One thing I appreciated, they offered me the Disposable Chafing without asking and at no extra cost. I returned them and got a coupon for my next order. I will 100% recommend this place to Cater your event.
I’ve been here about 5 times in the last month, they always have great service. Green Bay is honestly home of some of the best customer service from my experience. Go check out this Qdoba for lunch, overall a solid store.

This place has gone downhill. Their chips are not as crispy or as plentiful. The place was dirty and there were no clean tables to sit at. Missing their old soda machine with its multiple choices of drinks!
