It's hard to tip when when you are the only ones standing in front of the counter/waiting to order for minutes, 2 employees walked pasted a couple of times & ZERO acknowledgement. As a customer, I see you are making drinks for others (perhaps pickup or drive thru orders); but when you ignore customers...made me want to leave. A simple 'Hello, I'll be right with you' would have been much appreciated & I wouldn't have thought about leaving.They were pleasant enough WHEN they finally acknowledged us/took our order; but immediately...we are tossed the 'tip' question on the card machine...what am I tipping for? At that point, you've ignored us & haven't started to make our drinks, so...Parking: Their handicap parking spot is the worst. There is a drain in the middle & the blacktop is anything be even...a lot of bumps.

So disappointed in the lack of quality lately. Twice this week I have had my drink missing nearly a quarter to a third of the cup! These have become an expensive treat and now they are even less worth it when we get shorted so badly.
