I always get an iced chai latte from starbucks and never have had any issues. I got one from this starbucks and it came out to me completely unmixed with the chai concentrate all at the bottom and the drink tasted like sour milk, barely tasted any chai. Couldn’t even drink it because again it tasted sour. Wont be going back to this starbucks.

Definitely, the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was really excited for this location to open but it’s slow, they keep closing the lobby and they keep shutting off the order ahead. I could understand if it was extraordinarily busy, but it’s not. They just can’t handle the normal flow of people.

If you don’t have an hour to wait for your coffee or food, this is not the Starbucks for you. Went to get a coffee and breakfast 9/8/23 . Arrived in the drive thru line at 8:25am and exited the drive thru at 9:07am with out any thing I ordered. 42 minutes!!! I left because I was now 7 minutes late for work and could not wait an additional 14 minutes for my items as the car ahead of me had waited that long. I would of left much sooner had I not been STUCK without an option to exit the drive thru line. If the store is understaffed shut down the drive thru so people are not stuck there.

good looking Starbucks, good coffee shop experience
First of all design is amazing very impressed, also the place is really nice inside and out. Everything looks shiny and clean, customer service is also great. Lastly, the dragon drink that I got is pretty good. Love the place ?
