Won’t be long till they shut down this location for no staff and high priced subs now. They never open at 7 am sometimes they don’t open at all.

Older lady working there today saw me walk in, and instantly acted like I was complete bother to her. She rolled her eyes and let out the heavy sigh before walking over to the meat area. She paused for a minute, and then said " we are actually not taking any orders right now", which is a bit funny because there was a customer in the lobby at that moment who just started eating(he looked just as confused as I was). She said it was because she needed to make more bread... even though there was bread in the area right behind her(and even if she did need to make more bread, I know that they're supposed to make it throughout the day. I've worked at a subway before). She didn't even let me order anything, which seems A bit counterintuitive if you're trying to make money. If this is how all of the employees are gonna act, I pray for this establishment. Would give it 0 stars if I could, needs work training employees on proper customer service.

Only two employees on shift from what I can tell, although there might be more since as soon as no one’s at the counter they completely disappear. One employee wasn’t even in a uniform, though to be fair he was quick with making my food which I appreciate(the only reason it isn’t one star). The other one went out into the lobby and started wiping off the tables…using only his hands. Afterwards he just plopped himself down at the table and started watching a video with expletives in it very loudly with three customers in the lobby.

Don't listen my sub was burnt and they put lettuce on both subs even after we repeated to tell them it was apost to be only one probably one of the worst times I've ever had at subway. Don't go to this one
The subs here I get at this location are always of quality and they have the Subway pizzas which is AWESOME. But the tables always seem a little bit messy and the place I feel is always understaffed for the amount of foot traffic it faces. Even with just a few people it seems you start to get a wait because there are only two people working most of the times Iv'e been there. or at least just 2 that I am aware of. They are friendly for the most part and It seems more of a problem with staffing than It does with the workers itself.

The staff is very friendly the subway is very clean but…. Every single time I order a sub the white bonds are hard as a rock I wish they were more fresh I take a bite and the bun just flakes apart I probably will find someplace else to go. It’s not like it used to be the buns were always very very soft now I almost broke my teeth have a tuna sub

Online order was supposed to be done at a certain time. I arrived 5 minutes after that time and order still wasn't ready. Owner was standing outside talking, one employee was making my 6 sandwiches while the other employee was texting on their phone. Don't get your bread toasted this late in the day as they don't bake fresh bread for the night shift and toasting it just makes it rock hard. The employee who was making the sandwiches was kind, helpful and concerned about customer service but she was the only one. Sad for me as I love sandwiches. I will only order when it's a buy two get one offer as otherwise not worth the $10 per sandwich. Jersey Mike's is far superior and worth the little bit of a drive.
