They deliberately short your order on meats / proteins when you order delivery. Happened multiple times now. Cheap a*** fraud.

Kim is very rude. I actually came home crying with a sub I didn't want.
It's Amazing an employees attitude can ruin the experience. This young lady has a lot to learn about customer service. We let her know we were here to pick up our order, and she gave us a bad look. Then when we went up to the counter she wouldn't respond or acknowledge we were there. She actually laughed at us. The place was clean, but very warm. Note to self, to put tip on app. Tip people after the service.

Ordered a 6" and footlong on the app. When I got the order I noticed I had 2 6" so I went inside to get the other half, I wasny even mad, I could see how that mistake could happen, but the woman inside looked at the receipt, scoffed, & said "I'm only making you another 6 inch" as if I was scamming *her*, and she hadn't just scammed *me*.
