Never go here.The workers here do not care about making your sandwich.I ordered a roast beef sandwich and received 4 single slices of roast beef, 4 slices of cheese, 4 cucumbers, and small amounts of veggies as well.But when I asked for mayo, the employee put so much mayo on, I nearly passed out.I love Subway but the workers here are too lazy, unmotivated, and would rather talk to each other.I've had Subways in other places like closeby like Denmark and Luxemberg, those places have better employees. Bad experience here. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Have had okay service here sometimes, but usually have rude employees. Never seems to be the same employees. Today I got my usually BMT and the guy must have gotten my order confused with the previous order because instead of the salami he put turkey. Then he told his coworker that it was an All American. Didn't notice the turkey until I started eating.

Horrible experience....ordered online for pick up email said ready at 5:40pm, was paid for and tip added. Went to Subway at apprx 6pm 3 people ahead of me 3 people behind me in line my order was not there. The kid working said he hadn't had a chance to even look at on line orders. I then waited in line to just get my order however they had NO ITALIAN bread and about 10 pieces of bread for everyone there! I was not able to wait longer and asked the kid to cancel my order he said he did not know how to do that.....so I had to leave and no money back and I gave a tip for no food. I have tried calling this morning numerous times NO ONE answers. I know it is hard finding help and I try my best to be patient and understanding but this is too much and they need to figure out a better plan.

If I could give a ZERO I would. We ordered delivery so we would not have to punch out for lunch. We got our order and TWO for the THREE subs were wrong and our chips and drinks were missing. We tried calling and the phone just rang. I had to punch out and go to the store just to get our right food. I get there and I am told they unplug their phone and that they are unable to give me a discount for their mess up. Not cool Subway, NOT COOL!!!

I’m not the type of person to do this but if you’re going to have your hours posted both online and on a sign on the door, maybe follow them. Both online and the door sign said “open until 9pm” but when I got there at 7:06pm doors were locked and no one answered the phone. If you need to close early, put a notice on the door that you’re closing early, it’s not difficult. Seriously negligent employees.

We're regulars at this Subway, and I'm a Subway enthusiast as well. So you'd expect me to give this store 4 or 5 stars. Can't do it. On the positive side, it's conveniently located, plenty clean and the staff is generally pleasant. BUT they're always out of something we want. . . even before pandemic-related supply chain issues. Tonight they were out of wheat bread, but at various times they've been out of Sunchips, pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, Diet Coke, forks and more. So strange.

By far the worst subway Ive ever been to. Soda is always flat, garbage always overflowing, food always stale, employees always bad at their job, things never stocked (not things that are on back order becuase of covid, things that they just dont do so its not ready for guests, like pulling the guacamole from the freezer). The employees are on their phones up by the food, have open drinks and sip on them while making sandwiches, and 9/10 are sitting in the seating talking to friends. The last time I came in, I waited for 3 min while the employee sat on their phone in a booth. When she finally came, she grabbed some gloves and asked me what I wanted. I told her she had to wash her hands. She lifted up her hands and said I have gloves. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told her she still needed to wash her hands, she grumbled and stomped to the back. I just left, I shouldnt have to nag the staff to fallow basic sanitation laws. Dont go here, its a waste of money and time, and after going time and time again hoping it was just that day, I will never go here again. Scotts subs will be getting all my business after it opens across the street.

Just another Subway.Reduced menu options than several months ago.Increased prices,and lots of lettuce to fill the bread.We ordered a footlong, and the bread was cut in half before ingredients were added.First time we had seen this done.
