Ordered on app 2 hours early. 10 mins before I was supposed to pick it up they called me and said they ran out of tomatoes, cucumbers, and spinach. I canceled my veggie delight order.

I have never seen this poor of worth ethic and responsibility. Almost 100% sure Gregory was on heroin, took him about 25 minutes for 2 6inch subs. Him and his coworkers vapes were sitting out on the table and the other coworker sat there on her phone the entire time. It should not have taken that long. Very disappointed and disgusted. Horrible. I could have made those subs quicker then both of them together and I have no experience!! Black olives were out, mozzarella was gone too, and they did bit have hats or hair nets on. They both had long hair. I hope this gets fixed. | | Atmosphere

Absolutely floored. I ordered a catering pickup for a work event. It was ready on time, however when i brought it back I discovered only half my order was in the bag. When i called, the girl was very unhelpful, seemed annoyed and acted as if i was inconveniencing her. There was no other half of the order waiting, it was never made. She right away blamed the manager and said she didn’t have time to remake it. She offered to call the manager to see about coming back to finish the order. I asked for a call back from the manager and nothing. I had to call again for an update on what was happening…. The order ended up being finished but still no call from manager. Went to pick order up (an hour and a half after scheduled completion) and the store was locked up (at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Friday) the girl was standing behind the counter ignoring the beating on the door. Finally came over and realized it was me, walked over, handed me the order, turned around and walked into the back. No apology or offer to rectify the situation, NOTHING! An email to corporate did nothing but give me an automated response from the regional manager. An Almost $300.00 order and they tried to stiff me on half my order. Absolutely horrible…

didn't even get to the sandwiches, the person behind the counter took out the bread and smashed it with her hand to cut it open completely flattening the bread, i have never seen anyone anywhere do that, I tried to tell the person politely to try again and be gentler, The person then had the nerve to cop an attitude towards me asking me if I wanted to go behind the counter and cut the bread open. I was stunned. The fact that this person got that unprofessional on the job is jaw dropping.

Low quality. Personally I like subway normally, but my sandwich wasn't up to par with my past experiences. Toasted my sandwich and it was still cold. I don't like cold chicken.
