I like Taco Bell, what I don't like is my order being wrong every single time... I get home an item is missing. Yes I call and yes they offer to replace the item.... but is it really worth the gas to go back.... no. I'm done with terrible service. I'll find a new fast food fix

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter and I stopped there for just a quick taco and Pinto's because we hadn't eaten all day and it was late in the afternoon. We literally got three spoonfuls of pintos and cheese each. We could have put ours together and we still would not have made one serving. I am getting sick of these places ripping people off. Charging more for stuff and giving less is one thing, but this was next to nothing. They could have given us empty dishes and it would not have made much difference. Terrible Taco bell! Shame on you!

Was told they didn't have coins for the remaining change back? How do you not have change on hand? So I just wasn't given it.. I want to be done eating Taco Bell anyway so this is a good excuse. Added to my other experience at another location where I found what looked like someone's blister skin in my bag, and other random times with hair in the food - I should have been done eating Taco Bell a long time ago.
Convenient location. Service leaves something to be desired. Each time I've picked orders up or used the drive thru; multiple items are missing from the bags. Forgetting items consistently is surprising since the wait in drive thru can take, 10, 20 or even 30+ minutes. The way the drive thru is set set up, you are stuck in line even if you don't want to continue waiting.Parking: Drive thru design sucks.
I eat lunch from this Taco Bell often and never any issues. I ordered dinner tonight for alot of people, and waited forever (45 mins) for them to make it. I knew I should have checked the food because they gave me two extra drinks. I told them and they said to keep them, so distracted by that I drove home 40 miles. Half of the order is missing. NO LIE. HALF THE DANG ORDER. Thanks for the extra drinks but people would have rather had their food. Epic Fail.
Very messy and dirty by the soda station and where the napkins, taco sauce and utensils are. Most of the tables were dirty! I've noticed most of the Taco Bell's in Green Bay are like that. It wasn't busy. There's no reason for it not being clean.
